Abstract

Menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi SMK N 1 Tangerang Selatan sebagai sekolah menengah kejuruan yang harus melakukan perubahan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang mulanya dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka diganti dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring karena adanya wabah Covid-19. LMS Moodle dipilih sebagai platform sistem e-learning dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi keberhasilan penerapan e-learning dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya dengan menggunakan model sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean dan TAM. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur secara online dengan siswa menjadi responden penelitian. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan non-probability sampling berdasarkan hitungan formula Slovin. Dari 304 data responden kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasilnya adalah kualitas layanan, kualitas sistem pendidikan, kualitas sistem pendukung, kualitas siswa, kualitas guru, dan kegunaan yang dirasakan signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan yang dirasakan siswa. Kualitas sistem teknik, kualitas sistem pendidikan, kualitas sistem pendukung, kualitas siswa, dan grit (kegigihan dalam usaha) signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kegunaan yang dirasakan. Kualitas sistem teknik, kualitas layanan, kualitas sistem pendukung, kualitas guru, grit (kegigihan dalam usaha), dan kegunaan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan e-learning. Kegunaan yang dirasakan siswa merupakan faktor pengaruh positif terbesar terhadap manfaat yang didapatkan siswa. Sedangkan kualitas informasi dan grit (konsistensi terhadap minat) tidak berpengaruh terhadap sistem e-learning. Implikasi dari penelitian ini kemudian disajikan sebagai usulan bagi strategi manajemen sekolah dalam pemanfaatan e-learning di SMKN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan sehingga menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci: Information System Evaluation, Delone MClean, TAM, Elearning, PLS-SEM, SMK It is a challenge for SMKN1 Tangerang Selatan as a vocational high school that has to make changes in carrying out teaching and learning activities that were initially carried out offline and replaced with online distance learning due to the COVID-19 outbreak. LMS Moodle was chosen as an e-learning system platform in the implementation of online learning. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the success of e-learning implementation and analyze the factors that influence its success using the DeLone and McLean and TAM information systems models. Structured online questionnaires were used to collect data, with students serving as research respondents. The sample was collected by non-probability sampling based on the calculation of the Slovin formula. The data from 304 respondents were then analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS). The result is that service quality, education system quality, support system quality, student quality, teacher quality, and perceived usefulness have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction. The quality of the engineering system, the quality of the education system, the quality of the support system, the quality of students, and grit (persistence in trying) have a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Technical system quality, service quality, support system quality, teacher quality, grit, and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the use of e-learning. Perception of students' usefulness is the biggest positive influence factor on the benefits that students get. Meanwhile, the quality of information and grit (consistency with interest) do not affect the e-learning system. The implications of this research are then presented as a proposal for school management strategies in using e-learning at SMKN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan so that it becomes even better.
