Abstract

In the banking world maintaining customer data is very important so as not to experience various risks, including leakage of customer data. Leakage of customer data is one of the risks that may occur in the banking world and should not have confidential customer data that can be leaked to non-bank parties. Risks that can arise such as misuse of identity or theft of transaction data can occur. This will certainly harm both the customer and the bank. So that customer data is not leaked, lost or misused, there is a need for regulations or verification systems for customer data that can be reviewed for security and use. There are several ways that can be taken to prevent the risk of bank customer data leakage. However, these methods require active collaboration from the bank by using appropriate and appropriate methods. In measuring the level of security and evaluating the security of information systems, the OCTAVE method is used, while in reducing the occurrence of errors and system failures the FMEA method is used. The purpose of using the OCTAVE method is to conduct a risk assessment based on three basic principles of security administration, namely: confidentiality, integrity, and availability which are used to identify and evaluate information system security risks. Meanwhile, the purpose of using the FMEA method is to rank the chances of a system failure or the level of risk caused. Information system security has a positive and significant effect on decision making, therefore there is a need for a supportive and comprehensive information system risk analysis that can guide decision making. Keywords: OCTAVE, FMEA, RPN, Critical Assets Dalam dunia perbankan menjaga data nasabah sangat penting agar tidak mengalami berbagai risiko, termasuk kebocoran data nasabah. Kebocoran data nasabah merupakan salah satu risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada dunia perbankan dan tidak seharusnya data nasabah yang sifatnya rahasia tersebut bisa bocor kepada pihak non bank. Risiko yang dapat timbul seperti penyalahgunaan indentitas ataupun pencurian data transaksi dapat terjadi. Hal ini tentunya akan merugikan baik untuk nasabah maupun pihak bank. Agar data nasabah tidak bocor, hilang maupun disalahgunakan, perlu adanya regulasi atau sistem verifikasi data nasabah yang dapat ditinjau kembali untuk keamanan dan penggunannya. Ada beberapa cara yang bisa ditempuh untuk mencegah risiko kebocoran data nasabah bank. Namun, cara-cara tersebut memerlukan kolaborasi aktif dari pihak bank dengan menggunakan metode tepat dan sesuai. Dalam mengukur tingkat keamanan dan evaluasi terhadap keamanan sistem informasi maka digunakan metode OCTAVE, sedangkan dalam mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan dan kegagalan sistem digunakan metode FMEA. Tujuan digunakannya metode OCTAVE adalah melakukan penilaian risiko berdasarkan pada tiga prinsip dasar administrasi keamanan, yaitu: confidentiality, integrity, dan availability yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko keamanan sistem informasi. Sedangkan, tujuan digunakannya metode FMEA untuk pemberian ranking atas peluang terjadinya kegagalan sistem atau tingkat risiko yang di timbulkan. Keamanan sistem informasi tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis risiko sistem informasi yang mendukung dan komperensif yang dapat menuntun dalam pengambilan keputusan.
