Abstract

Every aircraft during operation must have a schedule for maintenance. This maintenance must be carried out for safety reasons of the aircraft itself and to minimize losses due to flight delays. One component that has the potential to cause delays is the Landing Gear so it needs to be evaluated for its reliability value. Data processing was performed using the Age Replacement method. Beginning with processing historical damage data, then converted into intervals of damage and intervals between repairs, which are then sought distribution using minitab software. After that, the average damage time (MTTF) and repairs (MTTR) are sought, which will get parameters for making the changeover interval and inspection interval. these intervals are sought based on downtime minimization. By knowing the changeover or inspection intervals, the annual maintenance schedule and the effective maintenance costs of these components can be known. The results obtained from the calculation are the 1,500 hour Tire Main Wheel replacement interval, the 2,500 hour Tire Nose Wheel and the 20,000 hour Brake Unit. While the repair interval for the components of the Tire Main Wheel is 528.92 hours, Tire Nose Wheel 3535.61 hours, and Brake Unit 287.66 hours. Meanwhile, preventive maintenance financing is carried out when successive reliability values are obtained for each component. At the Main Wheel Tire obtained US $ 568.48, at the Tire Nose Wheel US $ 1045.52, and at the Brake Unit US $ 2376.87 Keywords: Preventive Maintenance, Age Replacement, Aircraft Maintenance, Downtime, Cost Setiap pesawat terbang selama pengoperasian pasti mempunyai jadwal untuk perawatan. Perawatan ini harus dilakukan untuk alasan keamanan pesawat itu sendiri dan untuk meminimalisir kerugian akibat keterlambatan penerbangan. Salah satu komponen yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan adalah Landing Gear sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi nilai kehandalannya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Age Replacement. Diawali dengan pengolahan data histori kerusakan, lalu diubah menjadi interval antar kerusakan dan interval antar perbaikan, yang kemudian dicari ditribusinya menggunakan software minitab. Setelah itu dicari rataan waktu kerusakan (MTTF) maupun perbaikannya (MTTR), yang nantinya akan didapat parameter untuk pembuatan interval pergantian dan juga pemeriksaan. interval tersebut dicari berdasarkan minimasi downtime. Dengan diketahuinya interval pergantian maupun pemeriksaan, maka jadwal tahunan pemeliharaan serta biaya perawatan yang efetktif dari komponen tersebut bisa diketahui. Didapat hasil dari perhitungan adalah Interval penggantian Tire Main Wheel 1.500 jam, Tire Nose Wheel 2.500 jam dan Brake Unit 20.000 jam. Sedangkan interval perbaikannya untuk komponen Tire Main Wheel 528,92 jam, Tire Nose Wheel 3535,61 jam, dan Brake Unit 287,66 jam. Sedangkan pembiayaan preventive maintenance yang dilakukan pada saat nilai kehandalan berturut-turut diperoleh pada masing-masing komponen. Pada Tire Main Wheel diperoleh US$ 568,48, pada Tire Nose Wheel US$ 1045,52, dan pada Brake Unit US$ 2376.87 Kata Kunci: Preventive Maintenance, Age Replacement, Perawatan Pesawat, Downtime, Cost
