Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia dan mengetahui dimensi mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen di SekolahTinggiPenerbangan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Sedangkan analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan ujivaliditas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya variable yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen adalah Variabel Komitmen Normative terutama pada dimensi morality terhadap dimensi efeisensi penyelesaian pekerjaan. Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama(simultan) antara Komitmen Affective, Komitmen Countinuance dan Komitmen Normative terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi (Komitmen Affective, Countinuance, dan Normative) Kinerja This research goal seeking to know the power of the influence of organizational Commitment against the performance of Lecturer on Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute and knowing dimensions the most powerful influences the performance of lecturer on Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute. Methods used in this research is by quantitative method, To analysis of data used a test of the validity, reliability, and linier regression. This result is a variable Normative Commitment on the dimension Morality is the most dominant influence to performance of Lecturer on the dimension efficiency.
