Abstract

This aircraft maintenance company is engaged in the maintenance of narrow and wide body type aircraft, where this research uses narrow body aircraft, this study aims to identify hazards and measure the risk level of each hazard risk with the aim of knowing which hazard risks are mitigation or top event must be immediately carried out so that later it can be known what is the cause of the hazard risks that occur in this aircraft maintenance company, this research uses the HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) methods, where the results of HIRA obtained on the aircraft maintenance company production are as follows, there are 3 potential hazards with high risk categories, 34 potential hazards with medium risk categories, 7 potential hazards with low categories, where the 3 high risk categories are in the engine area, lower fuselage and tail dock, this research focuses on 3 high risk categories to determine the causal factors with the help of the FTA method so that after the causal factors are obtained from the FTA diagram, recommendations for controls can be made using the hierarchy of control method. Keyword : Risk Management,HIRA,FTA Perusahaan perawatan pesawat ini bergerak di bidang perawatan pesawat yang bertipe narrow maupun wide body, dimana penelitian kali ini menggunakan pesawat narrow body, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan mengukur tingkat risiko dari masing-masing risiko bahaya dengan tujuan dapat mengetahui risiko bahaya yang mana yang bersifat harus segera dilakukan mitigasi atau top event sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui apa yang jadi penyebab dari risiko-risiko bahaya yang terjadi di perusahaan perawatan pesawat ini, penelitian ini menggunakan metode HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment) dan FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), dimana hasil dari HIRA didapat pada lantai produksi perusahaan perawatan pesawat adalah sebagai berikut, terdapat 3 potensi bahaya dengan kategori risiko high, 34 potensi bahaya dengan kategori risiko medium, 7 potensi bahaya dengan kategori low, dimana 3 kategori risiko high ini ialah pada area engine, lower fuselage dan tail dock, penelitian ini berfokus pada 3 risiko kategori high untuk diketahui faktor penyebab dengan dibantu metode FTA sehingga setelah didapat faktor penyebab dari diagram FTA maka dapat dilakukan rekomendasi pengendalian kontrol dengan metode hierarchy of control.
