Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memiliki pengaruh besar pada sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Berlakunya konsep Merdeka Belajar atau kebebasan untuk belajar yang di canangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan,Riset dan teknologi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia supaya guru dan peserta didik memiliki kebebasan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. E-learning saat ini merupakan metode pembelajaran yang berkembang pesat, moodle merupakan salah satu sistem aplikasi E-learning dengan memanfaatkan multimedia interaktif Teknologi yang dapat memadukan teknologi komputer, video, dan audio yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung sistem e-learning tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan konten e- learning berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk mendukung efektifitas suatu sistem pembelajaran sekaligus mendukung program Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dalam menerapkan Konsep Merdeka Belajar. SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan sistem e- learning moodle dengan menambahkan plugin, konten dan aplikasi pendukung yang memanfaatkan fitur interaktif multimedia di antaranya H5P, iSpring dan scrom. Melalui sistem ini, di harapkan guru dapat membuat peningkatan konten dalam model pembelajarannya serta mempermudah pekerjaan guru dalam memperoleh report dalam proses kegiatan belajar belajar . Sistem E-learning moodle ini juga diharapkan dapat memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi dan memotivasi peserta didik dalam belajar melalui pembelajaran multimedia interaktif. Kata Kunci : E-learning, H5P, Ispring, Scroom, SDLC, MultimediaInteraktif The COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on Indonesia's educational system. The free concept of learning or freedom to learn launched by the Indonesia's ministry of education, culture, research and technology of the Republic of Indonesia so that teachers and learners have freedom in the process of learning activities. E-learning is currently a rapidly expanding learning method. Moodle is one of those e-learning application systems by utilizing the interactive multimedia technology that combines the computer, video, and audio technology needed to support those e-learning systems. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive multimedia based e-learning content to support the effectiveness of a learning system and to support the Ministry of Education and Culture Program in implementing the Independent learning concept. SDLC (system development life cycle) is a method used in the research. The results of this research are developing an e-learning moodle system by adding plugins, content and supporting applications that utilize multimedia interactive features including h5p, iSpring and scrom. Through this system, it is expected that teachers are able to increase content in their learning model and make it easier for the teachers at obtaining reports in learning activities. This e-learning moodle system is also expected to make it easier for students to understand material and motivate them to learn through interactive multimedia learning.
