Abstract

In suppressing the spread of COVID-19, the Indonesian government has established a PSBB policy or Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Many aspects and areas affected by the policy include animal health services. With so many people who have pets at some point in time, they will experience problems when their pets fall ill, while not all humans who have pets have the financial ability to take their pets to the vet. So they prefer to handle animals according to their instincts or even let their pets fall ill and lose their lives. In this study, an application system was created to make it easier for people to handle the animals they keep. The method used is by using the React Native framework with the javascript programming language with the MySQL database as the chatbot integration.. Keywords: Application, React Native, Javascript, Animal, Consulting. Dalam menekan penyebaran COVID-19 pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan kebijakan PSBB atau Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Banyak aspek dan bidang yang terdampak dari kebijakan tersebut diantaranya adalah layanan kesehatan pada hewan. Dengan banyaknya setiap manusia yang memiliki peliharaan hewan suatu waktu akan merasakan permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu ketika hewan peliharaan mereka jatuh sakit, sementara tidak semua manusia yang memiliki peliharaan hewan mempunyai kemampuan finansial yang baik untuk mengantarkan peliharaan hewan mereka ke dokter hewan. Sehingga mereka lebih memilih menangani hewan dengan sesuai insting mereka atau bahkan membiarkan hewan peliharaan mereka jatuh sakit dan kehilangan nyawa. Pada penelitian ini dibuatkan suatu sistem aplikasi untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam menangani hewan yang mereka pelihara. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan framework React Native dengan bahasa pemrograman javascript dengan database MySQL sebagai pengintegrasian chatbot. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, React Native, Javascript, Hewan, Konsultasi.
