Abstract
A monotonous job, whether it’s a simple or complex job, should create an application system to make these processes can be completed more effective and efficient. Currently, PT Telkom Akses has a system name UAR (User Access Requirement) to accommodate the needs of every employee in order to access an application. However, currently this system is still implemented manually, all of the employees have to follow every process of this manual system. Of course, this manual system raises several issues, especially in the long execution time because this system runs manually. Other than that, raise another problem, it is the difficulty of preparing the UAR document that had been created when performing the annual audit. This research aims to develop an application system named User Access Requirement that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the UAR process system. The development of this application using the SDLC model, namely the Incremental Method with Permit-Overrides algorithm for the testing and Naïve Bayes algorithm for evaluation. Keywords: Incremental, User Access Requirement, User Access Management, Permit-Overrides Algorithm, Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Suatu pekerjaan yang monoton baik pekerjaan simple maupun kompleks sebaiknya dibuatkan sebuah sistem aplikasi agar dapat diselesaikan secara efektif dan efisien. PT Telkom Akses saat ini mempunyai sebuah sistem untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan karyawan dalam mengakses suatu aplikasi bernama UAR (User Access Requirement). Namun, saat ini sistem tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual, setiap karyawan harus melakukan setiap prosesnya secara manual. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menimbulkan beberapa masalah, terutama lamanya waktu eksekusi dikarenakan sistemnya masih dijalankan secara manual. Selain itu, timbul masalah lainnya yaitu sulitnya mempersiapkan dokumen UAR yang telah dibuat saat dilakukannya audit tahunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat efektif dan efisien proses pengajuan UAR bernama User Access Requirement System. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan model SDLC metode Incremental dengan Algoritma Permit-Overrides untuk pengujiannya dan Algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk evaluasinya.
