Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between academic resilience and academic stress of S1/D3 program students during the transition of the online to offline learning system at Mercu Buana Meruya University, West Jakarta. Using quantitative descriptive design methods with a correlational approach. Data collection using questionnaires on google forms. The sampling technique is non-probability using the accidental sampling technique method. The subjects of this study were obtained by 369 respondents from S1/D3 students in all majors at Mercu Buana Meruya University, West Jakarta. The results obtained in this study explained that there was a significant negative relationship between academic resilience and academic stress of S1/D3 students during the transition of the online to offline learning system at Mercu Buana Meruya University, West Jakarta. The value of the correlation coefficient obtained is - 0.373 which means that the relationship is still relatively weak. Furthermore, the category level in academic resilience is at a high level and the category level in academic stress is at a moderate level . Keywords: academic resilience, academic stress Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara resiliensi akademik dengan stress akademik mahasiswa program S1/D3 pada masa peralihan sistem pembelajaran online ke offline di Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya Jakarta Barat. Menggunakan metode desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pada google formulir. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability dengan menggunakan metode teknik accidental sampling. Subjek penelitian ini didapat 369 responden dari Mahasiswa S1/D3 seluruh jurusan di Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya Jakarta Barat. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini menjelaskan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara resiliensi akademik dengan stress akademik mahasiswa S1/D3 pada masa peralihan sistem pembelajaran online ke offline di Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya Jakarta Barat. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapat sebesar -0,373 yang berarti hubungan masih tergolong lemah. Selanjutnya tingkat kategori pada resiliensi akademik berada pada level yang tinggi dan tingkat kategori pada stress akademik berada pada tingkat sedang.
