Abstract
PT Indomarco Prismatama, a retail company with 729 stores in the JKT 1 branch, and 215 vehicles used to distribute goods to Indomaret stores across Jakarta. The company has its own workshop, which has a preventive maintenance schedule every 7,500 km/2 months for commercial trucks. However, due to the high volume of shipments, the maintenance schedule for the Hino 110 SD trucks has been delayed, resulting in increased breakdown risks and potential hazards to drivers. To address this, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is proposed as an effective method for identifying maintenance needs and prioritizing preventive measures. The data analysis revealed that the average MTBF was 146.57 hours, and the average MTTR was 15.68 hours. The highest RPN value was attributed to the lamp component, with Severity of 10, Occurrence of high, and Detection of high. The recommended maintenance approach is conditionbased maintenance, focusing on preventive maintenance for safety-related components, and conditional maintenance for outage-related components. The findings suggest that optimizing the maintenance interval based on MTBF data and prioritizing preventive and conditional maintenance can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce breakdown risks. PT Indomarco Prismatama adalah perusahaan ritel dengan 729 toko di cabang JKT 1, dan memiliki 215 kendaraan yang digunakan untuk mendistribusikan barang ke toko Indomaret di seluruh Jakarta. Perusahaan ini memiliki bengkel sendiri, yang menjadwalkan perawatan pencegahan setiap 7.500 Km/2 bulan untuk truk komersial. Namun, karena volume pengiriman yang tinggi, jadwal perawatan untuk truk Hino 110 SD terlambat, sehingga meningkatkan risiko kerusakan dan bahaya potensial bagi pengemudi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) diusulkan sebagai metode yang efektif untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan perawatan dan memprioritaskan tindakan pencegahan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata MTBF adalah 146,57 jam, dan rata-rata MTTR adalah 15,68 jam. Nilai RPN tertinggi ditemukan pada komponen lampu, dengan Severity 10, Occurrence yang tinggi, dan Detection yang tinggi. Pendekatan perawatan yang direkomendasikan adalah perawatan berbasis kondisi, dengan fokus pada perawatan pencegahan untuk komponen yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan, dan perawatan kondisional untuk komponen yang berkaitan dengan pemadaman. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mengoptimalkan interval perawatan berdasarkan data MTBF dan memprioritaskan perawatan pencegahan dan kondisional dapat meningkatkan efisiensi perawatan dan mengurangi risiko kerusakan.
