Abstract

During the construction process of the Jawa 9&10 Suralaya PLTU Project, the secant pile structure of Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) has a construction failure. This incident caused civil and mechanical electrical work on the Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) building stopped. The delay in the CWPH work also affected the Balance of Plant (BOP) work, because the two buildings are interrelated and integrated, both in terms of function, work schedule and construction process in the field. The purpose of this study is to identify delays in the schedule of work on the CWPH and BOP buildings, identify the impacts that occur on the CWPH and BOP buildings, and compile and reintegrate the Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) and Balance of Plant (BOP) work schedules so that they return to being a integrated work schedule. Preparation of the reintegration schedule using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) based on Microsoft Project. The results of this study obtained the integration relationship between these two buildings, namely in the hydrotest boiler block diagram. The Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) work acceleration schedule was made according to the Boler hydrotest target and the duration of the work was 272 calendar days. In the integration results, the relationship between CWPH and BOP works shows the linkage of the two buildings and a new integrated schedule for the Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) and Balance of Plant (BOP) buildings is obtained. Keywords: Delay; Reintegration; Acceleration Dalam proses konstruksi, struktur dinding penahan tanah secant pile Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) pada Proyek PLTU Jawa 9&10 Suralaya mengalami kegagalan konstruksi, hal ini dapat terlihat pada kondisi fisik secant pile yang mengalami patah dan retak saat dilakukan pekerjaan galian. Peristiwa ini mengakibatkan terhentinya sementara pekerjaan sipil CWPH yang jugamengakibatkan mundurnya schedule pekerjaan mekanikal elektrikal pada struktur bangunan CWPH. Keterlambatan pekerjaan CWPH ini berpengaruh juga terhadap pekerjaan Balance of Plant (BOP), karena kedua bangunan ini saling berkaitan dan terintegrasi, baik secara fungsi, schedule pekerjaan dan proses konstruksi di lapangan. Maka dari itu diperlukan identifikasi keterlambatan schedule pekerjaan pada bangunan CWPH dan BOP, identifikasi dampak-dampak yang terjadi pada bangunan CWPH dan BOP akibat kegagalan konstruksi secant pile, dan penyusunan serta reintegrasi sechedule pekerjaan Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) dan Balance of Plant (BOP) agar kembali menjadi sebuah schedule pekerjaan yang terintegrasi satu sama lain. Penyusunan reintegrasi schedule menggunakan metode Precedence Diagram Methode (PDM) berbasis Microsoft Project. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hubungan integrasi antara kedua bangunan ini yaitu pada block diagram hydrotest boiler, dimana bangunan Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) dan Balance of Plant (BOP) harus sudah selesai sebelum dilaksanakannya pengetesan hydrotest boiler. Schedule percepatan pekerjaan Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) dibuat mengacu target hydrotest boler sehingga didapatkan durasi pekerjaan 272 hari kalender. Percepatan pekerjaan CWPH dilakukan dengan mengurangi durasi pekerjaan dan menambah tenaga kerja. Pada hasil integrasi didapatkan hubungan antar pekerjaan CWPH dan BOP yang menunjukkan keterkaitan dari kedua bangunan tersebut dan didapatkan schedule baru bangunan Cooling Water Pump House (CWPH) dan Balance of Plant (BOP) yang sudah terintegrasi.
