Abstract
The problem that occurs in the drainage system of Ciracas District, East Jakarta is that every heavy rain it always stagnates, especially on the Jamboree road. In the drainage channel there is always a puddle during heavy rains. The length of the inundation on the road is approximately 150 meters, the height of the inundation is ± 50 to 60 cm. From the survey results in the field obtained data on the existing drainage channels, namely, for primary drainage is 1 meter wide, 0.6 meters high and 970 meters long. Qs) = 0.748 m³/second, design discharge (Qt) = 1.175 m³/second. From the results of the analysis it was found that the drainage channels were no longer able to accommodate the amount of rainfall discharge. Therefore, a solution is needed to overcome the problem of inundation by modifying the infiltration channel to accommodate excess inundation water of the design discharge (Qt) – existing discharge (Qs) = 0.427 m³/second. From the calculation results, it was found that the number of infiltration holes that had to be made was 582, the modification would be made vertically parallel to the drainage by perforating the base of the precast drainage with a diameter of 30 cm and a depth of 3 meters then installing concrete pipes/bees without cover. attach alternating hoses from one precast to the next, with the hope that it can accommodate excess standing water. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem drainase Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur yaitu setiap hujan deras selalu tergenang air, khususnya pada ruas jalan Jambore. Pada saluran drainase selalu terjadi genangan pada saat hujan deras. Panjang genangan pada jalan tersebut kurang lebih 150 meter, tinggi genangan ± 50 sampai 60 cm cm. Dari hasil survei dilapangan didapat data-data saluran drainase eksisting yaitu, untuk drainase primer adalah lebar 1 meter, tinngi 0,6 meter dan panjang saluran 970 meter, Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Log Pearson Type III dan dari hasil analisa didapatkan nilai debit eksisting (Qs) = 0,748 m³/detik, debit rencana (Qt) = 1,175 m³/detik. Dari hasil analisa didapat bahwasannya saluran drainase sudah tidak mampu untuk menampung besarnya debit curah hujan. Maka dari itu diperlukan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah genangan tersebut dengan cara memodifikasi saluran resapan untuk menampung kelebihan air genangan sebesar debit rencana (Qt) – debit eksisting (Qs) = 0,427 m³/detik. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan jumlah lubang resapan yang harus dibuat sebanyak 582 buah,modifikasi akan dibuat sejajar vertikal pada drainase dengan cara melubangi dasar precast drainase dengan diameter 30 cm dengan kedalaman 3 meter kemudian di pasang pipa/bees beton tanpa penutup.lubang resapan ini akan di pasang selang seling dari precast satu ke precast selanjutnya, dengan harapan dapat menampung kelebihan air genangan.
