Abstract

Maintenance is a number of tasks performed to ensure the functional continuity of a machine or manufacturing system to ensure its optimal operation. PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk is one of the service companies engaged in the field of Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul. As an MRO service manager, you must ensure that the maintenance process runs smoothly without any delays, but during the maintenance process there are several factors that cause delays. Analysis using DMAIC, in the Define stage, the calculation of the CTQ (Critical to Quality) value is carried out. Then the calculation of the control limit is carried out using the P Chart. The Measure stage uses a pareto diagram to find the most dominant defect, then calculate the DPMO to determine the sigma value. The Analyze stage uses a fishbone diagram to find the root cause of the problem. The Improve stage uses 5W+1H tools to find proposed improvements. The Control Phase supervises the proposed planned improvements. The results of the CTQ calculation of the most dominant cause of delay are Late Material Orders with a percentage of 37.9% and the number of events as many as 11. From the calculation of the control map P shows that the proportion of defects in the delay in the aircraft maintenance process is still within the control limit. Then the result of the average DPMO value of 35,191 six sigma value is 3.3 which means that the success rate in reducing delays in the aircraft maintenance process is 96.4%. Keywords : Aircraft, Maintenance, Delay, Six Sigma, DMAIC Pemeliharaan (maintenance) adalah Sejumlah tugas yang dilakukan untuk menjamin kelanjutan fungsional mesin atau sistem manufaktur untuk memastikan operasinya yang optimal. PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan jasa yang bergerak pada bidang Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Pesawat. Selaku pengelola jasa MRO harus memastikan proses maintenance berjalan lancar tanpa adanya keterlambatan, namun selama proses maintenance berlangsung terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan. Analisa menggunakan DMAIC, pada tahap Define dilakukan perhitungan nilai CTQ (Critical to Quality). Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan batas kendali menggunakan peta kendali P. Tahap Measure digunakan diagram pareto untuk mencari defect paling dominan, selanjutnya menghitung DPMO untuk menentukan nilai sigma. Tahap Analyze menggunakan diagram fishbone untuk mencari akar penyebab masalah. Tahap Improve digunakan tools 5W+1H untuk mencari usulan perbaikan. Tahap Control dilakukan pengawasan terhadap usulan perbaikan yang direncanakan. Hasil perhitungan CTQ penyebab paling dominan keterlambatan adalah Late Material Order dengan persentase 37,9% dan jumlah kejadian sebanyak 11. Dari perhitungan peta kendali P menunjukkan bahwa proporsi defect pada keterlambatan proses pemeliharaan pesawat terbang masih berada dalam batas kendali. Kemudian didapatkan hasil nilai rata – rata DPMO 35.191 nilai Six Sigma nya adalah 3,3 yang artinya adalah tingkat keberhasilan dalam mengurangi terjadinya keterlambatan pada proses pemeliharaan pesawat sebesar 96,4 %.
