Abstract

The number of umrah pilgrims is increasing every year. However, the Covid 19 pandemic has resulted in the inoperability of many Umrah travel companies including PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Tangerang Branch as a result of declining Umrah demand and restrictions on Indonesian Umrah pilgrims. This system was created to provide another option for Umrah registration at PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Tangerang Branch which is done manually by visiting a physical office, now it can be done online so as to provide an easier, more efficient and faster registration option for prospective pilgrims. This system based on website was created to register Umrah, confirm payment, upload documents and view vaccination schedules, schedule collection of equipment umrah and download certificates.Vaccination schedule and equipment collection umrah schedules are made using the First Come First Serve method to make it easier for users to get a schedule faster without consuming a lot of time in the process. Prospective pilgrims get a schedule when they have made payment repayments and have been validated by the admin. When the pilgrims has completed the Umrah implementation, the pilgrims can download the certificate according to the certificate download schedule. Key words: First Come First Serve, Umrah, Website Jumlah jamaah umrah semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Namun Pandemi Covid 19 telah menyebabkan tidak beroperasinya banyak perusahaan travel umrah termasuk PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Cabang Tangerang akibat dari permintaan umrah yang menurun dan pembatasan jamaah umrah Indonesia. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memberikan opsi lain dari pendaftaran umrah pada PT Ameera Mekkah Travel Cabang Tangerang yang dilakukan secara manual dengan mendatangi kantor fisik, kini bisa dilakukan secara online sehingga memberikan opsi pendaftaran yang lebih mudah, efisien dan cepat bagi calon jamaah. Sistem berbasis website ini dibuat untuk melakukan pendaftaran umrah, melakukan konfirmasi pendaftaran, mengunggah dokumen, dan melihat jadwal vaksinasi, jadwal pengambilan perlengkapan umrah, serta pengunduhan sertifikat. Jadwal vaksinasi dan pengambilan perlengkapan umrah dibuat dengan menggunakan metode First Come First Serve untuk memudahkan pengguna memperoleh jadwal dengan lebih cepat tanpa memakan banyak waktu dalam pengerjaannya. Calon jamaah mendapatkan jadwal ketika sudah melakukan pelunasan pembayaran dan sudah divalidasi oleh admin. Ketika jamaah sudah menyelesaikan pelaksanaan umrah, jamaah dapat mengunduh sertifikat sesuai jadwal pengunduhan sertifikat. Kata kunci: First Come First Serve, Umrah, Website
