Abstract
Doing treatment at a beauty salon that operates without a specialist is an alternative way for most women because the price is much more affordable and there is no need to pay for doctor's consultation. But without realizing it, this can actually have a negative impact if the maintenance procedure is not carried out according to standards, and there are dangerous substances in the materials used. Therefore it is necessary to consult a doctor or expert. This study aims to create an expert system that can identify a person's skin problems based on existing symptoms. So that people can better understand their skin problems and seek the necessary treatment without having to pay consultation fees. The forward chaining method and the certainty factor were chosen in this study because they have advantages in making conclusions based on data and facts possessed by experts. The Forward Chaining method is used to draw conclusions based on the facts entered. While the certainty factor is used to calculate the confidence value of a conclusion. Based on the research that has been done, the system was successfully built and provides an accuracy value of 97.35% in the existing case examples. While the 40 data samples used in this study showed an average accuracy of 94.23%. Keywords: Forward Chain, Certainty Factor, Beauty Clinic, Consultation, Expert System. Melakukan perawatan di salon kecantikan yang beroperasi tanpa dokter spesialis merupakan cara alternatif bagi sebagian besar wanita karena harganya jauh lebih terjangkau dan tidak perlu membayar biaya konsultasi dokter. Namun tanpa disadari hal tersebut justru dapat berdampak negatif jika prosedur perawatannya tidak dilakukan sesuai standar, dan terdapat zat berbahaya pada bahan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu perlu berkonsultasi dengan dokter atau ahli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi masalah kulit seseorang berdasarkan gejala yang ada. Sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih memahami permasalahan kulitnya dan mencari pengobatan yang diperlukan tanpa harus membayar biaya konsultasi. Metode forward chaining dan faktor kepastian dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena memiliki kelebihan dalam pengambilan kesimpulan berdasarkan data dan fakta yang dimiliki oleh para ahli. Metode Forward Chaining digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang dimasukkan. Sedangkan faktor kepastian digunakan untuk menghitung nilai kepercayaan suatu kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sistem berhasil dibangun dan memberikan nilai akurasi sebesar 97,35% pada contoh kasus yang ada. Sedangkan 40 sampel data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata akurasi 94,23%. Kata Kunci : Forward Chaining, Certainty Factor, Klinik Kecantikan, Konsultasi, Sistem Pakar.
