Abstract

Title : Rescheduling Façade Work Using Precedence Diagram Method (Case Study of THE 101 Jakarta Airport Project), Name: Dwi Febriyanti, NIM: 41118110019, Supervisor: Ir Ernanda Dharmapribadi, M.M., 2022 In the implementation of a project will require a good planning, scheduling and control of the project, and is influenced by various factors including good and experienced human resources. In The 101 Jakarta Airport Hotel Development Project, especially façade work, it has been known that the implementation of the project has been delayed for 2 months and 28 days from the deadline specified in the work contract. Overcoming project delays is rescheduling project time using the PDM (precedence diagram method) method. In PDM, having a work dependency relationship can find out the length of time for implementing a project effectively by applying it to MS Project software. As with other networking methods, in PDM there is also a vital part, namely critical path analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out how to reschedule and critical trajectory on façade work using PDM and Microsoft Project. After data analysis using MS. Project and applying the PDM method, it was obtained that the project completion time up to BAST-1 on September 21, 2020 there was a division of 1 working day, then addition of overtime on Monday – Tuesday resulting in a more optimal work completion time of 2 months and 27 days. The critical trajectory obtained from data processing by applying MS. Project occurs in the work :P work of the Podium Area: Curtain Wall, Back Spandrell, Window Stool; 2nd to 10th Floor Tower Work: Curtain Wall, Back Spandrell, Window Stool; Miscellaneous Work : Cheklist work and repair, Cleaning, Test commissioning Keywords : PDM (precedence diagram method), Microsoft Project, Critical Path, Rescheduling, Facade. Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek akan memerlukan suatu perencanaan, penjadwalan dan pengendalian proyek yang baik, serta dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor antara lain sumber daya manusia yang baik dan berpengalaman. Pada Proyek Pembangunan The 101 Jakarta Airport Hotel khususnya pekerjaan façade telah diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan proyek mengalami keterlambatan selama 2 bulan 28 hari dari batas waktu yang telah ditentukan pada kontrak pekerjaan yaitu 02 Mei 2020 sampai 20 September 2020. Mengatasi keterlambatan proyek adalah melakukan penjadwalan ulang waktu proyek dengan menggunakan metode PDM (precedence diagram method). Dalam PDM, memiliki hubungan ketergantungan pekerjaan dapat mengetahui lama waktu pelaksanaan proyek secara efektif dengan mengaplikasikan ke software MS Project. Seperti halnya metode jaringan kerja yanglain, dalam PDM juga terdapat bagian vital, yaitu analisis jalur kritis (critical path analysis). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana cara penjadwalan ulang dan lintasan kritis pada pekerjaan façade menggunakan PDM dan Microsoft Project. Setelah dilakukan analisis data menggunakan MS. Project dan menerapkan metode PDM, maka didapatkan waktu penyelesaiaan proyek sampai dengan BAST-1 pada 21 September 2020 terdapat devisi selama 1 hari kerja, dilanjutkan dengan menambahkan waktu lembur pada hari senin – selasa guna menghasilkan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan lebih optimal selama 2 bulan 27 hari. Lintasan kritis yang didapat dari pengolahan data dengan mengaplikasikan MS. Project terjadi pada pekerjaan :Pekerjaan Podium Area : Curtain Wall, Back Spandrell, Window Stool ; Pekerjaan Tower Lantai 2 s/d 10 : Curtain Wall, Back Spandrell, Window Stool; Pekerjaan Lainlain : Pekerjaan Cheklist dan repair, cleaning, test commissioning Kata kunci : PDM (Precedence Diagram Method), Microsoft Project, Lintasan kritis, Penjadwalan Ulang, Facade.
