Abstract

The isolation room is one of the rooms in the hospital that has special treatment, both in terms of planning and in terms of implementation. This specificity is intended to prevent the occurrence of diseases that have the potential to be contagious, both from patients to people in the environment and from the environment to patients. In the planning process, especially in the air conditioning process, the isolation room does not only pay attention to thermal comfort, but also pays attention to controlling temperature and humidity. In addition, the effect of external air exchange that occurs or often called Air Change per Hour (ACH) can also support the acceleration of the patient's healing condition. This study calculates the cooling load and plans the ideal of air conditioning load in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for Buildings and Infrastructure for Emerging Infectious Disease Isolation Rooms from the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia 2020 which requires the air temperature in the Hospital Isolation Room to be 24±2oC with relative humidity 60%. The calculation method used is the Cooling Load Temperature Difference method. The outdoor temperature data is 330C with 63% RH, the peak of load is September, and the calculation of the cooling load is carried out from 10.00 to 16.00 WIB, with the ACH 12 standard, the peak cooling load is obtained for each individual isolation room of 28,603 BTU/H, room infant isolation of 16,828 BTU/H, and the ICU isolation room of 77,175 BTU/H. Ruang isolasi merupakan salah satu ruangan di Rumah Sakit yang memiliki perlakuan khusus, baik dari segi perencanaannya maupun dari segi pelaksanaannya. Kekhususan tersebut ditujukan untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit yang memiliki potensi menular, baik dari pasien kepada orang yang ada di lingkungan maupun dari lingkungan kepada pasien. Dalam proses perencanaannya, khususnya dalam proses pengondisian udara, ruang isolasi tidak hanya memperhatikan kenyamanan termal, akan tetapi diperhatikan pula mengenai pengontrolan pada temperatur dan kelembapan. Selain itu, pengaruh dari pertukaran udara luar yang terjadi atau sering disebut Air Change per Hour (ACH) dapat pula mendukung percepatan kondisi penyembuhan pasien. Dalam laporan ini penulis melakukan perhitungan beban pendingin udara yang ideal sesuai dengan Pedoman Teknis Bangunan dan Prasarana Ruang Isolasi Penyakit Infeksi Emerging (PIE) dari Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2020 yang mengharuskan temperatur udara di Ruang Isolasi Rumah Sakit sebesar 24±2oC dengan kelembapan relatif 60%. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan menggunakan metode Cooling Load Temperature Difference. Data temperatur luar ruangan sebesar 33 0C dengan RH 63%, bulan terpanas September, serta perhitungan beban pendinginan dilakukan pada pukul 10.00 sampai 16.00 WIB, dengan standar ACH 12 maka diperoleh puncak beban pendinginan masing-masing yakni ruang isolasi individu sebesar 28.603 BTU/H, ruang isolasi bayi sebesar 16.828 BTU/H, dan ruang IGD isolasi sebesar 77.175 BTU/H. Kata Kunci : Beban Pendingin, Ruang Isolasi, Metode CLTD.
