Abstract
This research was conducted on the compounder at PT Mane Indonesia Cibitung, it is known that the compounder has weaknesses related to the condition of the compounder during the weighing process. With working conditions that tend to be static and the level of stress on the target formula is quite high can be a risk for the compounder itself. This study aims to measure the level of fatigue and the risk of MSDs prevalence of compounder using the SSRT (Subjetive Self Rating Test) - IFRC (Industrial Fatigue Research Committee) method for fatigue levels and NMQ (Nordic Musculoskeletal Quiesioner) to determine the level of risk of MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorder) compounder. Measurement of fatigue levels in relation to internal (Age and Health Status) and external (Length of Service) factors. Based on statistical tests, it was found that (1) X² calculated age : 2.11, (2) X² value calculated health status: 0.0043, and (3) X² value calculated length of service: 1.2635 with α 5% where the results show that Hₒ for the factors of age, health status, and tenure are accepted, then the overall total value of the IFRC questionnaire shows a result of 58.9 where this result indicates a moderate level of fatigue and for NMQ (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire) shows areas at risk of MSDs prevalence are 90% in the lower neck, 55% in the upper neck, 65% in the back, 70% in the waist, and 60% in the left hand. Seeing from these data, ergonomic interventions need to be carried out, including (1) Improvement of sitting position, (2) Application of Back Support tools, and (3) Implementation of periodic stretching programs, where these three interventions can reduce fatigue levels and reduce the risk of MSDs prevalence for compounder. Mane Indonesia Cibitung, diketahui bahwa compounder memiliki kelemahan yakni terkait dengan kondisi compounder pada saat proses penimbangan. Dengan kondisi bekerja yang cenderung statis serta tingkat stress terhadap target formula yang cukup tinggi dapat menjadi resiko bagi compounder itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kelelahan (fatigue) dan resiko terjadi prevalensi MSDs terhadap compounder dengan menggunakan metode SSRT (Subjetive Self Rating Test) – IFRC (Industrial Fatigue Research Committee) untuk tingkat kelelahan dan NMQ (Nordic Musculoskeletal Quiesioner) untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorder) compounder. Pengukuran tingkat kelelahan dalam hubungannya dengan faktor internal (Usia dan Status Kesehatan) dan eksternal (Masa Kerja). Berdasarkan uji statitik didapatkan bahwa (1) X² hitung usia : 2.11, (2) Nilai X² hitung status kesehatan : 0.0043, dan (3) Nilai X² hitung masa kerja : 1.2635 dengan α 5% dimana hasil menunjukkan bahwa Hₒ untuk factor usia,status kesehatan, dan masa kerja diterima, kemudian nilai total keseluruhan dari kuisioner IFRC menunjukkan hasil 58.9 dimana hasil ini menunjukkan tingkat kelelahan sedang serta untuk NMQ (Nordic Musculoskeletal Quisioner) menunjukkan area yang beresiko terjadinya prevalensi MSDs adalah 90% pada leher bagian bawah, 55% pada leher bagian atas, 65% pada punggung, 70% pada pinggang, dan 60% pada tangan kiri. Melihat dari data tersebut sehingga perlu dilakukan intervensi ergonomic, diantaranya berupa (1) Perbaikan posisi duduk, (2) Penerapan alat Back Support, dan (3) Penerapan program peregangan berkala, dimana ketiga intervensi ini dapat mengurangi tingkat kelelahan dan mengurangi resiko prevalensi MSDs terhadap compounder.
