Abstract
The rapid development of technology encourages people to study science and technology. There are many types of systems used in the automotive world, especially cars, one of which is the injector. The injector is a conductor of diesel fuel from the injection pump into the cylinder. The injector has a mechanical system, therefore it often occurs normally and abnormally caused by vibration so that it will affect the combustion process. This needs to be predicted by vibration analysis using a new method, namely the Hilbert Transform (HT) to determine the spring stiffness value that occurs in the injector. Hilbert Transform analysis is applied to support instantaneous frequency on the first test injector and second test, Hilbert Transform is very helpful in test one and test two to analyze the damage that occurs to the injector. This can be seen in the frequency response that occurs in variations of engine speed of 900rpm, 2000rpm, 4000rpm and 6000rpm, the highest frequency value is obtained in the first test with a variation of 2000rpm engine speed of 32 Hz and amplitude 49.1402 mm/for the first test while in the second test the greatest frequency was found in the 6000rpm engine rotation variation with a frequency value of 82 Hz and an amplitude of 540312 mm/s2 with a spring stiffness value of
