Abstract

The field observations show that the work process at the time of packing error position or work posture occurs. Where from these errors arise complaints from employees. Of the complaints of these employees the most dominant was in the back, waist, neck and right arm. The appearance of this complaint can cause musculoskeletal injuries from employees. In this study identification of the level of risk and also the design of packing aids through interviews and anthropometric measurements of employee body parts. Then determine the dimensions of the tool based on anthropometric dimensions. Furthermore, the calculation of estimated material needed and costs to be incurred. Finally the design of packing aids. The results of this study were the design of packing aids with height dimensions of 33 & 28 cm in cross section, 36 cm in width, and 54 cm in length. Then for the dimensions of the chair is 41 cm high and 30 cm long sides. The estimated cost of making this packing aid is approximately Rp665,261. This tool provides an improvement in the position of the packing process so as to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and reduce complaints from employees. Keywords : Ergonomics, anthropometry, packing aids, Nordic Body Map questionnaire, Rapid Entire Body Assessment Pada pengamatan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa proses kerja pada waktu packing terjadi kesalahan posisi atau postur kerja. Dimana dari kesalahan tersebut timbul keluhan-keluhan dari karyawan. Dari keluhan karyawan tersebut yang paling dominan adalah pada bagian punggung, pinggang, leher, dan lengan kanan. Munculnya keluhan ini bisa menyebabkan cidera musculoskeletal dari karyawan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi tingkat resiko dan juga perancangan alat bantu packing melalui wawancara dan pengukuran antropometri anggota tubuh karyawan. Kemudian melakukan penentuan dimensi alat berdasarkan dimensi antropometri. Selanjutnya perhitungan estimasi material yang dibutuhkan dan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan. Terakhir perancangan alat bantu packing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan alat bantu packing dengan dimensi tinggi masing-masing penampang 33 & 28 cm, lebar 36 cm, dan panjang 54 cm. Kemudian untuk dimensi kursinya adalah tinggi 41 cm dan panjang sisi-sisinya 30 cm. Untuk estimasi biaya pembuatan alat bantu packing ini kurang lebih sekitar Rp665.261,-. Alat ini memberikan perbaikan pada posisi proses packing sehingga mampu mengurangi cidera musculoskeletal dan mengurangi keluhan dari karyawan. Kata Kunci : Ergonomi, antropometri,
