Abstract
Machine vibrations are common in industry. Machine vibration occurs because of the oscillatory motion. Defined as the oscillatory motion of a mechanical system around a point/balance position. There are several things that usually happen when vibration is unwanted because it can affect comfort, cause inaccuracies or reduce the quality of machine work. The excitation force causes vibration. Machine imbalance or external factors may be the source of excitation. Vibration is usually very undesirable because it often disturbs comfort, causes errors, or reduces the efficiency of machine tools. Knowing the stiffness value caused by a spark plug cable leak using the vibration method. Analyzing with a new method, namely Hilbert Transform to identify spark plug wire leaks. Analysis from Hilbert Transform is used to see the instantaneous frequency of spark plugs under normal conditions and in damaged conditions, and the Hilbert Transform method is very helpful in analyzing spark plug wire leak conditions. Analysis using the Hilbert Transform method can assist in analyzing the condition of spark plug cable leaks by changing the stiffness value of the spark plug so that it affects the spark plug wires on the Toyota calya vehicle. in the 900rpm variation with a frequency value of 49 Hz and an amplitude of 7.14859 mm/s2 for data 2. while for data 1 a frequency value of 52 Hz and an amplitude of 4.61038 mm/s2 is obtained. In the 2000rpm variation with a frequency value of 64 Hz and an amplitude of 3.97121 mm /s2 for data 2, while for data 1 a frequency value of 52 Hz and an amplitude of 3.43712 mm/s2 is obtained. In the 4000rpm variation with a frequency value of 75 Hz and an amplitude of 27.9747 mm/s2 for data 2, while for data 1 the frequency value is obtained of 69 Hz and an amplitude of 59.0288 mm/s2, and at 6000rpm variation with a frequency value of 130 Hz and an amplitude of 73.5027 mm/s2 for data 2, while for data 1 a frequency value of 104 Hz and an amplitude of 54.4435 mm/s2 is obtained.
