Abstract
In the production process of manufacturing the cable tray, cable ledder, and electrical switchboard, there is a process of punching or perforating parts which will then be assembled. In this process, the punch machine used has problems that often arise such as software errors, machine failures and material defects. This study aims to determine the time between failure, the cause of the damage and the right way or solution to solve the damage. To solve these problems using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method where in this method there is an analysis of the FMEA system, Logic Tree Analysis and the selection of appropriate actions. The conclusion obtained in this research is Time Between Failure on a punch machine is 63,675 hours. Based on FMEA analysis and Logic Tree Analysis, the core problems are system modules, work desks and machine tools which cause quite a long machine downtime. Proposed maintenance on the damage to the system module, namely making a new check schedule. The work table is to ensure the condition of the engine spare parts and perform regular running tests. Machine devices by running tests and checking periodically. Keywords: Punch Machine, Reliability Centered Maintenance, FMEA, Logic Tree Analysis Pada proses produksi manufaktur cable tray, cable ledder, serta electrical swicthboard terdapat proses punching atau melubang bagian part yang kemudian akan di assembly. Dalam Proses tersebut mesin punch yang digunakan terdapat permalahan yang sering timbul seperti software error, kegagalan kerja mesin serta material defect. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui time between failure, penyebab terjadinya kerusakan dan cara atau solusi yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan kerusakan. Untuk meyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dimana di dalam metode tersebut terdapat analisis pada sistem FMEA, Logic Tree Analysis dan pemilihan tindakan yang sesuai. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini Time Between Failure pada mesin punch adalah 63,675 hours. Berdasarkan analisis FMEA serta Logic Tree Analisys yang menjadi inti permasalahan adalah Modul sistem, Meja kerja dan Perangkat mesin yang menyebabkan downtime mesin yang cukup lama. Proposed maintenance pada kerusakan Modul sistem yaitu membuat schedule pengecekan baru. Meja kerja yaitu memastikan kondisi spare part mesin dan melakukan running test secara berkala. Perangkat Mesin yaitu dengan melakukan running tes dan pengecekan secara berkala. Kata Kunci: Mesin Punch, Reliability Centered Maintenance, FMEA, Logic Tree Analisys
