Abstract
Someone who works tends to be stressed because they are burdened with excessive work and in the long term it can cause burnout, one of the things that can affect burnout is verbal abuse that has been received. This study aims to examine the relationship between verbal abuse and burnout among CTB department employees at PT Cli Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation research design. The data collection technique was carried out by collecting questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 153 people. Spearman's correlation test results obtained a significance value of 0.001 which means that there is a significant relationship between verbal abuse and burnout in CTB department employees at PT Cli Indonesia. and both variables are positively correlated. Keywords: Verbal Abuse, Burnout, Employees Seseorang yang bekerja cenderung terkena stres karena dibebani oleh pekerjaan yang berlebih dan dalam jangka panjang bisa menyebabkan burnout, salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi burnout adalah verbal abuse yang pernah diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara verbal abuse dengan burnout pada karyawan departement Ctb di PT Cli Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 153 orang. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,001 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara verbal abuse dengan burnout pada karyawan departement Ctb di PT Cli Indonesia.dan kedua variabel berkorelasi positif. Kata Kunci : Verbal Abuse, Burnout, Karyawan
