Abstract

PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang is a Cat Distributor, to distribute to stores. PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang has problems in the distribution of Cat to the Store, so it must have good planning so that the goods to be distributed can get to the store on time. Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a distribution problem model in the form of a conveyance (vehicle) from the distributor to the store and then back to PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang (distributor). The research carried out aims to determine the minimum mileage for each route. The preparation of the Cat distribution route is completed using the Heuristic Algorithm. The initial stage is the formation of sub routes which is the process of grouping stores into these routes. The next stage is the development stage of the sub route that has been formed based on the existing travel time, the last stage minimizes the distance to where the distributor first took the product to the last store and returned to the distributor. Forming sub-routes is still done manually while comparing the final result is a computerized system. Based on this distance determination research, the distance obtained will be closer, and does not come to the base twice Keywords— Heuristic Algorithm, Distribution, Route, Traveling Salesman Problem. PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Distributor Cat. PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang memiliki permasalahan dalam pendistribusian Cat kepada Toko, maka harus mempunyai perencanaan yang baik agar barang yang akan di distribusikan dapat sampai ke toko secara tepat waktu. Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) merupakan model permasalahan distribusi berupa alat angkut (kendaraan) dari distributor ke toko kemudian kembali ke PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang (distributor). Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menentukan jarak tempuh minimum untuk setiap rute. Penyusunan rute distribusi Cat ini diselesaikan menggunakan Algoritma Heuristik. Tahap awal yaitu pembentukan sub rute yang merupakan proses pengelompokkan toko kedalam rute tersebut. Tahap selanjutnya tahap pengembangan sub rute yang telah dibentuk berdasarkan waktu tempuh yang ada, tahap terakhir meminimalisasi jarak tempuh kemana pertama kali distributor harus mengantar produk sampai terakhir toko dan kembali ke distributor. Pembentukan sub rute masih dilakukan secara manual sedangkan untuk membandingkan hasil akhirnya dilakukan sistem komputerisasi. Berdasarkain penelitian penentuan jarak ini, maka jarak tempuh yang diperoleh menjadi lebih dekat, dan tidak mendatangi pangkalan dua kali.
