Abstract

This research aims to build a planning system that can provide convenience and recommendations for prospective tours in choosing a travel destination according to the category. Because there are still prospective tourists who want to travel but have constraints in cost, therefore a decision support system is needed to assist prospective travelers in planning the selection of travel packages. In this case the authors took a case study in Bagindos travel. This research is focused on the Support System of Tour Package Selection Decisions the application of Exponential Comparison Method to determine tourist attractions with several criteria namely: price, destination, rating, and capacity that will provide recommendations of tourist attractions based on alternative values. The application is made web-based using php and MySQL programming languages as DataBase, this decision support system has two different permissions namely admins, and customers that can be accessed online. Admins have the right to manage all data. customers have the right to travel planning. This system has been running well, among others can help prospective tours to determine planning that can be used more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: decision support sistem, exponential method, planning savings quantitative, travel Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem perencanaan yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dan rekomendasi bagi calon wisata dalam memilih tempat perjalanan travel sesuai dengan kategorinya. Karena masih adanya calon wisata yang ingin melakukan perjalanan travel tetapi memiliki kendala dalam biaya, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu calon wisatawan dalam perencanaan pemilihan paket travel. Dalam hal ini penulis mengambil studi kasus di Bagindos travel. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Paket Wisata penerapan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk menentukan tempat wisata dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu : harga, destinasi, rating, dan kapasitas yang akan memberikan rekomendasi tempat wisata berdasarkan nilai alternatif. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai DataBase. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini memiliki dua hak akses yang berbeda yaitu admin dan pelanggan yang dapat diakses secara online, Admin memiliki hak untuk mengelola seluruh data, pelanggan memiliki hak melakukan perencanaan travel. Sistem ini telah berjalan dengan baik, antara lain dapat membantu calon wisata untuk menentukan perencanaan yang dapat digunakan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
