Abstract

Clinics are the needs of every human being as a place or facility that serves to help healing people who experience health problems. If the clinic does not use a computerized system, it will hinder the process of handling patients. These obstacles include: patient registration is still done manually with patients having to come directly to the clinic, do not have a queuing system in treatment, management of medical records that a re still manually w ritten on p aper c ollection so that the search takes a lot of time, and allows human errors in writing data patient or drug. The purpose of this application is to facilitate daily operational activities in clinics that are running quickly and accurately, as well as more accurate management of medical data (minimizing human error). The analysis method u ses Soft System Management ( SSM), a nd t he s ystem development method uses Extreme Programming ( XP). T his application is based o n a w ebsite using t he PHP p rogramming language in the Codeigniter (CI) framework which is supported by a M ySQL database. The expected outcome is that the work process in the clinic will be faster, documenting structured medical records, reducing paper usage, and facilitating activities in patient care. Keywords : Clinic, Soft System Management (SSM), Extreme Programming (XP) Klinik merupakan kebutuhan setiap manusia sebagai tempat atau sarana yang b erfungsi untuk membantu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Apabila klinik b elum menggunakan sistem komputerisasi, maka akan menghambat proses penanganan pasien. Hambatan tersebut diantaranya : pendaftaran pasien masih dilakukan secara manual dengan pasien harus datang langsung ke klinik, tidak memiliki sistem antrian dalam perawatan, manajemen rekam medis yang masih manual dengan menulis tangan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pencarian membutuhkan banyak w aktu serta memungkinkan human error pada pasien y ang maupun o bat. T ujuan dari a plikasi ini adalah memudahkan kegiatan operasional sehari-hari di dalam klinik yang berjalan dengan cepat dan tepat, s erta pengelolaan data medis lebih akurat (meminimalisir human error). Metode analisa menggunakan Soft System Methodology (SSM), dan m etode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Extreme Programming (XP). Aplikasi i ni berbasis website dengan m enggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dalam framework Codeigniter (CI) yang didukung basis data MySQL. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah proses kerja di dalam klinik menjadi lebih cepat, pendokumentasian rekam medis yang terstruktur, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, serta memudahkan aktivitas dalam pelayanan pasien.
