Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah digital resilience memiliki peran sebagai moderator antara job crafting dan career competencies pada pekerja di society 5.0. Digital resilience merupakan kemampuan pekerja dalam menghadapi dan mengatasi permasalahan terkait digital dalam pekerjaannya. Alat ukur digital resilience menggunakan alat ukur adaptasi dari Employee Resilience Scale milik Naswall yang sudah melalui proses expert judgement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pekerja society 5.0 yang berusia 17-65 tahun di Indonesia dengan jumlah responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif pada kategorisasi dan analisis inferensial pada uji-uji yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa digital resilince memiliki peran sebagai moderator antara job crafting dan career competencies pada pekerja society 5.0. Hasil ini didapat dari process v.4.0 model no 1 by Hayess dengan hasil negatif. Digital resilince is the ability of workers to face and overcome all digital-related problems in their work. The digital resilience measurement tool uses an adaptation of Naswall’s Employee Resilience Scale which has gone through an expert judgment process. This study used a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique. The subjects of this study were society 5.0 . workers aged 17-65 years in Indonesia with the number of respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis on categorization and inferential analysis on the tests performed. The results of this study show that digital resilience has a role as a moderator between job crafting and career competencies in society 5.0 workers.
