Abstract

Kunciran Indah Subdistrict Office is one of the places where it is used by local governmentsto carry out various business processes. However, theKunciran IndahSubdistrict Office does not yet have integrated information technology to support its business processes, such as making a family card application letter, identity card application letter, marriage application letter, child identity card application letter,birth certificate, and death certificate. Therefore, this study aims to make the architectural design of Information Systems and Information Technology in harmony and in accordance with the direction of business needs. In this study, the design of Information Technology Architecture was made using the TOGAF approach (the Open Group Architecture Framework) with 5 initial stages in TOGAF ADM (Architecture development Method), namely Preliminary, architectural vision, Business Architecture, Application & Data Architecture and Technology Architecture for Kunciran Indah Subdistrict Office. This research is expected to produce good services in accordance with the needs, so as to improve more optimal services to support business processes in the Kunciran Indah Subdistrict Office. Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, Architecture Development Method, BusinessProcess. Kantor Kelurahan Kunciran Indah merupakan salah satu tempat dimana digunakanoleh pemerintah daerah untuk melaksanakan berbagai proses bisnis. Namun KantorKelurahan Kunciran Indah belum memiliki teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya, seperti pembuatan surat permohonan kartu keluarga, surat permohonan kartu tanda penduduk, surat permohonan nikah, surat permohonan kartu identitas anak, surat keterangan kelahiran, dan surat keterangan kematian. Oleh sebab itu maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perancanganarsitektur sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang selaras dan sesuai denganarah kebutuhan bisnis. Pada penelitian ini perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi dibuat menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF (The Open Group ArchitectureFramework) dengan 5 tahapan awal dalam TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) yaitu Preliminary, Visi Arsitektur, Arsitektur Bisnis, Arsitektur Aplikasi & Data serta Arsitektur Teknologi untuk Kantor Kelurahan Kunciran Indah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pelayanan yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih optimal untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada Kantor Kelurahan Kunciran Indah.
