Abstract
All pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia are currently competing in winning markets, especially the BPJS (E-Catalog) product market and PT. Dankos Farma is experiencing problems in increasing customer fulfillment, and has lost sales and has the potential to lose the BPJS product market (E-Catalog), and the problem occurs in the production area due to ineffective stripping machines siebler 6R in the production process due to the many losses the occurrence of machinery, therefore steps are needed to increase the effectiveness of production machinery. And this study uses the measurement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the 6R siebler stripping machine and the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance which will be carried out by the 6R siebler stripping machine operator, and the OEE value will be calculated to see an improvement after AM application. OEE value calculation results before the application of Jan-Jun 2017 obtained an average OEE value of 52.40%, the OEE value of the stripping machines siebler 6R is very low and still far from the OEE parameters used as the engine reference said to be effective (JIPM standard) and after that an analysis in loses that occur and are categorized based on six big losses and the biggest is breakdown losses and minor stops then a pareto is made to see priority problems and analyzed using cause and effect diagrams or using PM analysis as corrective measures and efforts to increase the value of OEE then the AM application is carried out (Autonomous Maintenance) by the stripping machines siebler 6R operator. After the implementation of AM (Autonomous Maintenance), the OEE value of the 6R siebler stripping machine increased to 89.13%, exceeding the machine reference value said to be effective (JIPM standard), which is 85% and added to the increased ability of the 6R siebler stripping machine operator in performing maintenance and improvement on the engine to continue to increase engine productivity with AM actions Keywords: Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Autonomous Maintenance, Six Big Losses, Improvement, Pareto Diagrams, Causal Diagrams, P-M Analysis Semua industri farmasi di Indonesia saat ini sedang bersaing dalam memenangkan pasar khususnya pasar produk BPJS (E-Katalog) dan PT. Dankos Farma mengalami masalah dalam pemenuhan customer yang terus meningkat, dan mengalami Lost sales dan berpotensi kehilangan pasar produk BPJS (E-Katalog), dan masalah tersebut terjadi diarea produksi yang disebabkan mesin stripping siebler 6R yang tidak efektif dalam proses produksi yang disebabkan banyaknya losses yang terjadinya mesin, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan efektifitas mesin produksi. Dan penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin stripping siebler 6R dan dilakukan penerapan Autonomous Maintenance yang akan dilakukan operator mesin stripping siebler 6R, dan nilai OEE akan di hitung untuk melihat peningkatan setelah penerapan AM. Hasil perhitungan nilai OEE sebelum penerapan Jan- Jun 2017 didapatkan rata-rata nilai OEE 52,40%, nilai OEE mesin stripping siebler 6R sangat rendah dan masih jauh dari parameter OEE yang menjadi acuan mesin dikatakan efektif (standar JIPM) dan setelah itu dilakukan analisa pada loses yang terjadi dan dikategorikan berdasarkan six big losses dan yang terbesar adalah breakdown losses dan minor stop kemudian dibuatkan pareto untuk melihat prioritas problem dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat atau menggunakan P-M analysis sebagai langkah perbaikan dan upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE maka dilakukan penerapan AM (Autonomous Maintenance) oleh operator mesin stripping Siebler 6R. Setelah dilakukan penerapan AM (Autonomous Maintenance) didapatkan nilai OEE mesin stripping siebler 6R meningkat menjadi 89,13% sudah melampaui nilai acuan mesin dikatakan efektif (standar JIPM) yaitu 85% dan ditambah lagi dengan peningkatan kemampuan operator mesin stripping siebler 6R dalam melakukan perawatan dan improvement pada mesin untuk terus meningkatkan produktivitas mesin dengan tindakan-tindakan AM Kata kunci: Overall Equipment Effectiveness,Autonomous Maintenancce, Six Big Losses, Improvement, Diagram pareto, Diagram sebab akibat, P-M Analysis.
