Abstract

Keamanan data dalam era digitalisasi ini menjadi suatu hal yang paling penting karena dapat mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan data. Data-data penting seperti data pembayaran sangat rentan terhadap serangan dan manipulasi data, oleh karena itu penulis menggunakan kombinasi algoritma Base64 dan algoritma Caesar Cipher untuk mengamankan data pembayaran air pamsimas pada Jorong Pasar Usang Cupak. Dimana kombinasi algoritma tersebut akan mengubah data- data pembayaran menjadi ciphertext dengan begitu data yang disimpan ke database dalam bentuk kalimat acak yang tidak bisa dibaca. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan white box pada algoritma enkripsi data dengan Caesar cipher dihasilkan nilai cyclomatic complexity yang sama yaitu 4. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik karena pengujian menghasilkan nilai yang sama yaitu 4. Kata Kunci : Base64, Caesar Cipher, Kriptografi, Pamsimas, Algoritma Data security in this digitalization era is the most important thing because it can prevent data misuse. Important data such as payment data is very vulnerable to attacks and data manipulation, therefore the authors use a combination of the Base64 algorithm and the Caesar Cipher algorithm to secure water pamsimas payment data at Jorong Pasar Usang Cupak. Where the combination of these algorithms will convert payment data into ciphertext so that the data stored in the database is in the form of random sentences that cannot be read. Based on the results of tests conducted with the white box on the data encryption algorithm with the Caesar chipper, the cyclomatic complexity value is 4.
