Abstract
This study analyzed the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment employees in staffing levels. Object of this study is the level of staff employees at PT. DADA INDONESIA. The research problem refers to the phenomenon of the data on the PT. DADA INDONESIA, which indicated the level of absenteeism or employee absenteeism average - average to reach 4-5 percent. The problem that arises is: how to improve employee Organizational Commitment. A modeling has been constructed and 4 (four) research hypotheses have been formulated. Proportional sampling method using random sampling. The study used 148 respondents and the overall level of staff respondents were employees of PT. DADA INDONESIA. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 22.0 software for Windows release. The results of this study show them that Work Discipline positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Motivation positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Job satisfaction has positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction has positive influence on Organizational Commitment Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi para pegawai dalam level staff. Obyek penelitian ini adalah para pegawai level staff pada PT. DADA INDONESIA. Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena data pada PT. DADA INDONESIA, yang ditunjukkan tingkat absensi atau kemangkiran pegawai rata – rata yang mencapai 4 – 5 persen. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah : bagaimana meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi karyawan. Sebuah permodelan telah dibangun dan 4 (empat) hipotesis penelitian telah dirumuskan. Metode sampel menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling. Penelitian ini mempergunakan 148 responden dan keseluruhan responden adalah pegawai level staff di PT. DADA INDONESIA. Analisis data mempergunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Software SPSS 22.0 for Windows release. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan diantaranya bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi.
