Abstract
In the current financial development, companies must compete with other companies. PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. is a company engaged in the field of industrial components for vehicles, both components for vehicle bodies and components for vehicle engines. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. Either by repairing the engine or increasing output on existing machines while maintaining the quality of its products. In this study, measurement of the increase in output on machines at PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. Is to use the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The OEE method is the best way to manage performance and find out which part. To get an OEE percentage value, you need the results of the Availability, performance and Quality ratio. The total calculation results in September 2018 to August 2019 for the Overall Equipment Effectiveness at PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. has an average percentage value of 67.49%, for the average value of the availability ratio of the percentage value of 98.73%, for an average value based on the Performance ratio of the percentage value of 68.40%, and for the average value of the ratio The quality of the percentage value is 99.95%. Factor Six Large Losses that have an impact on the low need of a 250 Ton Press machine that is known by Fishbone Diagram analysis that Reduces Speed Losses with a yield of 92.88%. Then an improvement was made using the FMEA method, then obtained the highest RPN value of 245, which is an old machine. From these results, a maintenance schedule is made on a regular basis so that it can improve the 250 ton Press machine can be improved. Dalam perkembangan perekonomian saat ini, suatu perusahaan harus mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri komponen-komponen untuk kendaraan, baik itu komponen untuk badan kendaraan maupun komponen untuk mesin kendaraan. Salah satu kebijakan yang di ambil adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi di PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. Baik dengan melakukan penambahan mesin maupun melakukan peningkatan output pada mesin-mesin yang sudah ada dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produknya. Pada penelian ini, pengukuran peningkatan output pada mesin-mesin pada PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. Adalah dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Metode OEE merupakan cara terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari pada bagian mana titik tertinggi atau rendahnya efektivitas dari mesin. Untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase OEE dibutuhkan perkalian dari hasil rasio Availability, performance, dan Quality. Total hasil perhitungan pada bulan September 2018 sampai dengan Agustus 2019 untuk Overall Equipment Effectiveness pada PT. Mitsubishi kramayudha Motors And Manufacturing. memiliki nilai rata – rata presentase nya ialah sebesar 67,49%, untuk nilai rata–rata rasio Availability nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 98,73%, untuk nilai rata – rata pada rasio Performance nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 68,40%, dan untuk nilai rata – rata rasio Quality nilai presentasenya ialah sebesar 99,95%. Faktor Six Big Losses yang berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya efektivitas mesin Press 250 Ton diketahui dengan analisa Fishbone Diagram yaitu Reduce Speed Losses dengan hasil 92,88%. Kemudian dilakukan improvement menggunakan metode FMEA, kemudian didapat nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 245 yaitu kondisi mesin yang sudah lama. Dari hasil tersebut dibuatlah jadwal perawatan (maintenance) secara berkala agar efektivitas pada mesin Press 250 ton dapat meningkat.
