Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi yang menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara lengkap, yang dimana memberikan fasilitas berupa pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat. Saat ini penjadwalan pada RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham memiliki kendala yaitu terkait manajemen pelayanan yang kurang maksimal sehingga menyebabkannya keterlambatan, hal ini berkaitan dengan jadwal yang tidak menentu sehingga membuat pertukaran shift yang terjadi tidak maksimal. Algoritma genetika dapat digunakan untuk membantu membuat jadwal karyawan di RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham secara otomatis. Otomatisasi penjadwalan dapat diselesaikan dengan pengkodean ke dalam kromosom secara tepat. Untuk merealisasikan sistem informasi menajemen pada RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham dapat menggunakan framework PHP CodeIgniter. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem informasi manajemen pada rumah sakit diharapkan dapat mempermudah pendataan jadwal pegawai dan mempercepat pendataan jadwal. Serta dapat meminimalisir kemungkinan kesalahan yang terjadi saat proses penjadwalan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sistem dapat melakukan penjadwalan secara otomatis, pembuatan jadwal juga dapat dilakukan untuk setiap divisi. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan blackbox dimana hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa semua fitur dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hospitals are institutions that provide complete individual health services, which provide facilities in the form of inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Currently the management at RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham has a problem that is related to service management that is less than optimal, causing delays, this is related to an uncertain schedule so that the shift exchange that occurs is not optimal. Genetic algorithms can be used to help schedule employees at RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham automatically. Scheduling automation can be accomplished by coding into chromosomes precisely. To realize the management information system at RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham can use the PHP CodeIgniter framework. The purpose of designing a management information system at the hospital is expected to facilitate data collection on employee schedules and speed up schedule data collection. And can minimize the possibility of errors that occur during the scheduling process. The result of this research is that the system can do scheduling automatically, making schedules can also be done for each division. Functional testing is carried out using blackbox where the test results are known that all features can run as they should.
