Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational climate on innovative work behavior at PT. Prosegur Cash Indonesia. Competition between companies is getting tougher nowadays. This is supported by the rapid development of technology and information, as well as increasing consumer/client demand. To survive in competition, companies and organizations must be able to adapt, develop and innovate. So that adaptation can be achieved by companies, innovation is needed. There are many benefits if a company carries out new innovations, which include companies that are more effective and develop even better. Companies must be able to encourage and provide motivation to workers/employees so that employees can create new innovations, and also the organizational climate in a company must be good between superiors and employees so that a good and peaceful environment is created. The number of samples in this study amounted to 108 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The research design used is using simple regression. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Indonesian Cash Procedure. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained are that there is a positive influence of Organizational Climate on Innovative Work Behavior with an X regression coefficient of 0.297 meaning that the regression coefficient has a positive value. So it can be concluded that the direction of the influence of the variable (X) Organizational Climate on the variable (Y) Innovative Work Behavior is positive. Keywords: Organizational Climate, Innovative Work Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif di PT. Persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat saat ini. Hal ini didukung dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, serta meningkatnya permintaan konsumen/klien. Untuk bertahan dalam persaingan, perusahaan dan organisasi harus mampu beradaptasi, melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi. Agar adaptasi bisa dicapai oleh perusahaan perlu adanya inovasi, banyak manfaat apabila suatu perusahaan melakukan inovasi baru, yang diantaranya perusahaan lebih efektif dan berkembang lebih baik lagi. Perusahaan harus mampu mendorong dan memberikan motivasi kepada pekerja/karyawan sehingga karyawan bisa membuat inovasi baru, dan juga iklim organisasi di suatu perusahaan harus baik antara atasan maupun sampai karyawan pekerja sehingga terciptanya suasana lingkungan yang baik dan tentram. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 108 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan regresi sederhana. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Prosegur Cash Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah adanya pengaruh positif Iklim Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dengan koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,297 artinya koefisien regresi memiliki nilai positif. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel (X) Iklim Organisasi terhadap variabel (Y) Perilaku Kerja Inovatif adalah positif. Kata Kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif.
