Abstract

In line with the concept of an eco airport, solar energy as a source of electricity is one of the forms of fulfilling electricity needs based on that eco airport concept. In meeting this need, Soekarno Hatta Airport under the management of PT Angkasa Pura II collaborates with PT Bukit Asam to build a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) Rooftop in the Soekarno Hatta Airport working area, namely at the Airport Operation Control Centre (AOCC) building. The data obtained in 2021 was evaluated to obtain performance results by comparing the actual production of electricity from the PLTS with calculations and simulations using the Global Solar Atlas website, as well as savings costs obtained by comparing the PLN electricity tariff with the PLTS cooperation electricity tariff. Both in the initial planning with a total inverter capacity of 216 kW and the actual setting of the total inverter capacity at 135 kW. Based on the initial planning with a total inverter capacity of 216 kW, the PLTS in 2021 had a performance of 87% from the comparison between actual production and calculation. Where the actual production was 296,447.60 kWh and the calculation result was 342,600 kWh. After the calculation was adjusted to the actual setting of the inverter capacity at 135 kW, a performance of 154% was obtained from the calculation result of 192,713 kWh. And it can be seen that the actual value of Peak Sun Hour (PSH) at Soekarno-Hatta Airport is 6.1 hours/day. In 2021, a savings of Rp -44,126,225.3 (paying more) was obtained compared to the use of electricity from PLN which was only Rp 344,160,841.2. Keywords: PLTS Rooftop, Performance Evaluation, Savings, PLN, AOCC Building, PT Angkasa Pura II, PT Bukit Asam Sejalan dengan konsep aco airport maka sumber energy listrik dari matahari merupakan salah satu bentuk pemenuhan energy listrik yang berbasis pada konsep eco airport tersebut. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka Bandara Soekarno Hatta di bawah naungan PT Angkasa Pura II bekerjasama dengan PT Bukit Asam untuk membangun Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap di wilayah kerja Bandara Soekarno Hatta, yaitu pada Gedung Airport Operation Control Centre (AOCC). Data yang diperoleh dalam Tahun 2021 dievaluasi untuk mendapatkan hasil kinerja dengan membandingkan produksi aktual energi listrik dari PLTS dengan perhitungan dan simulasi dengan situs Global Solar Atlas, serta biaya penghematan yang diperoleh dengan membandingkan tarif listrik PLN dengan tarif listrik kerjasama PLTS. Baik pada perencanaan awal dengan total kapasitas inverter 216 kW dan pengaturan aktual total kapasitas inverter pada 135 kW. Berdasarkan perencanaan awal dengan total kapasitas Inverter 216 kW, PLTS selama Tahun 2021 didapat kinerja sebesar 87% dari perbandingan antara produksi aktual dengan perhitungan. Dimana produksi aktual sebesar 296.447,60 kWh dan hasil perhitungan sebesar 342.600 kWh. Setelah perhitungan disesuaikan dengan pengaturan aktual kapasitas inverter pada 135 kW, didapat kinerja sebesar 154 % dari hasil perhitungan sebesar 192.713 kWh. Serta dapat diketahui nilai Peak Sun Hour (PSH) aktual di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta sebesar 6,1 jam/hari. Dalam Tahun 2021 didapat kerugian sebesar Rp 44.126.225,3 bila dibandingkan dengan penggunaan listrik dari PLN yang hanya Rp 344.160.841,2.
