Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the progress of the world is very rapid, especially in the fields ofContractor and Manufacture, the relationship between suppliers (suppliers) with an inseparable process of procurement of goods is supported by technological developments that also experience very significant progress so that competition between companies is getting tougher. Therefore, companies are required to be able to pay attention to several criteria needed in selecting suppliers. The purpose of this study is to be able to choose suppliers objectively according to the criteria. The research method was carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Data collection techniques using field studies and literature studies. Supplier selection at PT. Tekno Fluida Indonesia is only based on the lowest price criteria by ignoring several other criteria that are important for consideration. To get the right supplier, supplier selection is done using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the priority order of criteria is 43% delivery, 28% quality, 20% delivery, 9,7% service The order of suppliers is based on the criteria weights, which are the 1st place of PT. B, 2nd place of PT. A, 3rd place PT. D, 4th place in PT. C. Suggestions for selecting suppliers in the future should consider criteria based on priority order Keywords: suppliers, Analytic Hierarchy Process, selection Kemajuan dunia industri sangat pesat terutama di bidang manufaktur dan kontraktor, hubungan antara pemasok (supplier) dengan sebuah proses pengadaan barang tidak dapat dipisahkan hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi yang juga mengalami kemajuan yang sangat signifikan sehingga persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memperhatikan beberapa kriteria yang diperlukan dalam memilih supplier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memilih supplier secara objektif sesuai kriteria. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Pemilihan supplier pada PT. Tekno Fluida Indonesia hanya berdasarkan kriteria harga yang termurah dengan mengabaikan beberapa kriteria lainnya yang penting untuk jadi pertimbangan. Untuk mendapatkan supplier yang tepat maka dilakukan pemilihan supplier menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan didapat urutan prioritas kriteria yaitu Pengiriman 43 %, kualitas 28 %, harga 20 %, pelayanan 9 %. Urutan supplier berdasarkan bobot kriteria yaitu urutan ke-1 PT. B, Urutan ke-2 PT. A, urutan ke-3 PT. D, urutan ke-4 PT. C. Saran untuk pemilihan supplier kedepannya harus mempertimbangkan kriteria berdasarkan urutan prioritas. Kata kunci : supplier, Analytic Hierarchy Process, pemilihan
