Abstract

One of the main processes in FT Tasikmalaya in the aspect of distribution is consignment or distribution of fuel using a pipeline. In the process to maintain flowrate and pressure, a Pump facility (Booster Pump) which is driven by a Gas Turbine Engine (GTE) is used. The use of GTE as a pump driver consumes quite a lot of fuel, in this case Biosolar or B30 as the fuel. The average fuel usage is 112.110 kL per month. In addition to GTE, there is an Electric Motor (ELMOT), the ELMOT facility at FT Tasikmalaya is still relatively new which has been used since September 2021. The use of electrical energy since September 2021 has significantly increased. The increase in electricity usage reached 433.283% compared to when the ELMOT facility had not been installed. This study aims to obtain an analysis of the energy load and the intensity of energy consumption at the GTE and ELMOT facilities. And analysis of potential savings opportunities as well as economic feasibility studies that support energy conservation in GTE and ELMOT facilities. The method used is using the Energy Audit method as well as direct measurements and calculations of the facilities that will be in the Energy Audit, namely GTE and ELMOT. The value of energy efficiency on the GTE is 34.39% at 39% loading. Meanwhile, the energy efficiency value in ELMOT is 63.29% at 68% loading. The use of ELMOT on a booster pump can save 108.71 kW with assumption 39% loading, and the savings that can be obtained are Rp. 973,067,558 per year. Dalam proses untuk menjaga flow rate dan tekanan, digunakan fasilitas Pompa (Booster Pump) yang digerakkan oleh Gas Turbine Engine (GTE). Penggunaan GTE sebagai penggerak Pompa mengonsumsi cukup banyak BBM dalam hal ini Biosolar atau B30 sebagai bahan bakarnya. Penggunaan bahan bakar rata – rata yaitu 112.110 kL per bulan. Selain GTE terdapat Electric Motor (ELMOT), fasilitas ELMOT di FT Tasikmalaya masih tergolong baru di mana digunakan sejak September 2021. Penggunaan energi listrik sejak September 2021 secara signifikan meningkat. Peningkatan penggunaan listrik mencapai 433.283 % dibandingkan sejak fasilitas ELMOT belum terpasang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan analisis efisiensi energi pada fasilitas GTE dan ELMOT. Dan analisis potensi peluang penghematan yang mendukung konservasi energi pada fasilitas GTE dan ELMOT. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Audit Energi serta pengukuran dan perhitungan langsung terhadap fasilitas yang akan di Audit Energi tersebut yaitu GTE dan ELMOT. Nilai efisiensi energi pada GTE sebesar 34.39% pada pembebanan 39%. Sedangkan, nilai efisiensi energi pada ELMOT sebesar 63.29% pada pembebanan 68%. Penggunaan ELMOT pada pompa booster dapat menghemat sebesar 108.71 kW dengan asumsi nilai pembebanan pada 39%, dan penghematan yang dapat diperoleh sebesar Rp. 973,067,558 per tahun.
