Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has progressed rapidly, indicated by the increasing number and proliferation of technologies that have been created in various aspects of life. One form of implementation that is currently being developed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is to replace some human roles by using robots. One of the robots that has started to be used in several companies, especially in developed countries, is the AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) type robot. AGV robot is a robot that is used to transport goods from a starting point to a destination point automatically without being controlled by an operator. The ability of a robot that can be operated without an operator can also reduce the level of work accidents caused by worker negligence. The design of the tool system made in this study is in the form of an AGV robot prototype using 2 DC motors to drive 2 wheels which are controlled by the L298N motor driver. The microcontroller used is Arduino nano and for the sensor used is the light sensor which is used to detect the robot's trajectory. In addition to 1 AGV robot, the design of the tool created will also create a system that is used in the production and warehouse areas, each of which consists of an Arduino nano microcontroller, the NRF24L01 wireless module and an additional IRE18-D50NK sensor in the warehouse and push buttons on the production area. Based on experimental data 10 times the test was carried out, the percentage of success rate was 90%. There was 1 failure, where the robot failed to return home. This is because the sensor failed to detect the intersection. Keywords: Robot, AGV, Line follower, PID, Arduino nano Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah semakin pesat, ditunjukkan dengan semakin banyak dan maraknya teknologi yang telah diciptakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satu bentuk implementasi yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan di era revolusi industri 4.0 yaitu untuk mengganti beberapa peran manusia dengan menggunakan robot. Salah satu robot yang sudah mulai digunakan di beberapa perusahaan khususnya di negara maju adalah robot jenis AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle). Robot AGV adalah robot yang digunakan untuk mengangkut barang dari suatu titik tempat awal menuju titik tujuan secara otomatis tanpa dikendalikan oleh operator. Kemampuan robot yang dapat dioperasikan tanpa operator ini juga dapat mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan dari kelalaian pekerja. Perancangan sistem alat yang dibuat pada penelitian ini yaitu berupa prototipe robot AGV dengan menggunakan 2 buah motor DC untuk menggerakkan 2 buah roda yang dikendalikan oleh driver motor L298N. Mikorokontroler yang digunakan adalah Arduino nano dan untuk sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor cahaya yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi garis lintasan robot. Selain 1 buah robot AGV, pada perancangan alat yang dibuat juga akan dibuat sebuah sistem yang digunakan pada area produksi dan warehouse, yang masing-masing terdiri dari mikrokontroler Arduino nano, modul wireless NRF24L01 dan ada tambahan sensor IRE18-D50NK pada warehouse dan push button pada area produksi. Berdasarkan data percobaan 10 kali pengujian yang dilakukan diperoleh persentase tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 90%. Terdapat 1 kali kegagalan, dimana robot tidak berhasil kembali ke home. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sensor yang gagal mendeteki persimpangan. Kata kunci: Robot, AGV, Line follower, PID, Arduino nano
