Abstract

Software quality is the fulfillment of functional and performance requirements that are explicitly documented, the development of standards that are explicitly documented, and the implicit characteristics expected of a software that is built professionally. Software quality measurement is a critical element in determining the quality of a software. This quality measurement uses the ISO 25010 framework instrument and the McCall framework. The purpose of this study is to evaluate Food App software based on the ISO 25010 and McCall framework by conducting an assessment based on the existing aspects of ISO 25010 and McCall. The data collection was carried out in 3 ways, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the assessment based on each instrument obtained that the ISO 25010 framework assessment has a category of strong correlation and weak relationship. Variables that have a strong correlation can be used as recommendations for assessing the quality of Food App software. Meanwhile, the assessment of the quality of the Food App software based on existing indicators is included in the fairly good category, therefore McCall's indicators cannot be used as a reference in assessing the quality of Food App software. Based on these results, several recommendations were obtained so that several recommendations can be made, these recommendations are based on ISO 25010 metrics which have a high correlation coefficient value. The value in McCall is not quite right to be used as a reference because based on the results of the calculations that have been done, the quality factor in the McCall framework has a low feasibility value, so that McCall itself is not suitable for testing and guaranteeing the quality of Food App software, so recommendations for research This will focus on assessing the ISO 25010 framework. Keyword: Framework, Software, ISO 25010, McCall Kualitas perangkat lunak adalah pemenuhan terhadap kebutuhan fungsional dan kinerja yang di dokumentasikan secara eksplisit, pengembangan standar yang didokumentasikan secara eksplisit, dan sifat-sifat implisit yang diharapkan dari sebuah software yang dibangun secara profesional. Pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak merupakan elemen kritis dalam menentukan kualitas suatu perangkat lunak. Pengukuran kualitas ini menggunakan instrumen framework ISO 25010 dan framework McCall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi software Food App berdasarkan framework ISO 25010 dan McCall dengan cara melakukan penilaian berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang ada pada ISO 25010 dan McCall. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan 3 cara yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil dari penilaian berdasarkan masing-masing instrumen diperoleh bahwa penilaian framework ISO 25010 terdapat kategori korelasi hubungan kuat dan hubungan lemah. Variabel yang memiliki korelasi hubungan kuat dapat dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi untuk penilaian kualitas software Food App. Sedangkan pada penilaian kualitas software Food App berdasarkan indikator yang ada termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik, maka dari itu indikator yang ada pada McCall tidak dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penilaian kualitas software Food App. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diperoleh beberapa rekomendasi untuk maka dapat dibuat beberapa rekomendasi, rekomendasi tersebut didasarkan pada metrik ISO 25010 yang memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi yang tinggi. Adapun nilai yang ada pada McCall kurang tepat untuk dijadikan rujukan karena berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, faktor kualitas pada framework McCall memiliki nilai kelayakan yang rendah, sehingga McCall sendiri tidak layak digunakan untuk menguji dan menjamin kualitas perangkat lunak Food App, sehingga rekomendasi terhadap penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada penilaian framework ISO 25010.
