Abstract
This research was conducted at a firm that operates in the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) industry and engages in project management. In practise, the budget for the 2020–2022 project was exceeded, and the late delivery of project supplies resulted in project completion times that beyond the original timeline. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the impact of project planning on technical factors, project implementation, and control, as well as the impact of technical characteristics, project implementation, and management on the performance of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) projects. One hundred respondents filled out the questionnaire that yielded the research data. The method of data analysis employed is PLS-SEM 3. The results of this study indicate that project planning effects technical aspects by 66.3%, implementation by 72.2%, and control by 59.0%. For MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) projects, technological factors have a positive and significant effect on project performance by 31.6%, implementation has a positive and significant effect on project performance by 27%, and control has a positive and significant effect on project performance by 37.4%. Keywords: planning, implementation, control, project performance ,PLS-SEM Penelitian ini dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan yang beroperasi di bidang MEP( mechanical electrical plumbing) tidak terbebas dari aktifitas manajemen proyek. Pada penerapannya ada over bugdet dari proyek 2020- 2022, pengiriman material proyek yang tidak dating sesuai target dan berdampak waktu pengerjaan proyek yang melampaui jadwal yang didetetapkan. Penelitian ini bermaksud buat mengungkap besarnya imbas dari perencanaan proyek terhadap faktor teknikal, pelaksanan dan pengendalian proyek dan untuk mengetahui besarnya imbas yang ditimbulkan oleh faktor teknikal, Pelaksanan dan pengendalian proyek kepada kinerja proyek MEP( mechanical electrical plumbing).data penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner yang menyertakan 100 responden. Metode analisa data menggunakan PLS- SEM 3. 3. 5. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa perencanaan proyek mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap faktor teknikal sebesar 66, 3%,pelaksanan sebesar 72, 2% sedangkan pengendalian sebesar 59, 9%. Faktor teknikal mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek sebesar 31,6%, pelaksanan mempengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek sebesar 27% dan pengendalian mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan kepada kinerja proyek sebesar 37, 4% untuk proyek MEP( mechanical electrical plumbing).
