Abstract
Currently, there are many shops in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, which are growing very rapidly. Youngsters and adults come only with their friends or family. Customers have several drinks on the menu that they don't like. Therefore, this research helps Tokyu Dorinku shop to combine drink menu so that the menu avoids spoil. This research work utilizes the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes algorithms to classify the Tokyu Dorinku shop menu. The experimental results show that K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm provides an accuracy value of 97%, precision and recall of 93% with a cross validation test of 10,15, and 20 k-fold values with 98% accuracy, while Naïve Bayes has an accuracy value of 90%, 95% precision and 53% recall with cross validation testing values of 10,15,20, and 25 k-fold accuracy of 96%. Keywords: Classification, Tokyu Dorinku, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes melakukan klasifikasi pada menu di kedai Tokyu Dorinku. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa K-Nearest Neighbor memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 97%, presisi dan recall masing-masing 93% dengan nilai uji cross validation 10,15, dan 20 k-fold dengan akurasi sebesar 98%, sedangkan Naïve Bayes memiliki nilai akurasi 90%, presisi 95%, dan recall 53% dengan nilai uji cross validation 10,15, dan 20 k-fold dengan akurasi 90%.
