Abstract

In Indonesia, many regions are experiencing problems with clean water sources. One of them is the Ancol area often experiences a clean water crisis. So far, the people of Ancol area have difficulty getting clean water because of the salty water and the community does not have access to fresh water except using the services of the clean water company PT PALYJA (Lyonnaise Jaya Water Company). The people of Ancol area were affected by the clean water crisis due to the repair of water pipes carried out by PT. PALYJA, Therefore a good freshwater source solution is needed by filtration. Filtration aims to separate impurities in the form of solid particles in water. The filtration process uses filtering techniques for reverse osmosis and activated carbon. Reversve osmosis (RO) is the latest method in the field of filtering, by filtering harmful particles in water. Formally, reverse osmosis is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a semipermeable membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying pressure exceeding osmotic pressure. This system is designed using automation with 3 sensors consisting of an HC-SR04 sensor, a pH sensor and a DS18B20 waterproof temperature sensor as variable inputs. The sensor reading data is processed using an ESP32 microcontroller to run programs designed using the Arduino IDE application. The programming output on the microcontroller is used to multiply the pump and display data results from water level, temperature and pH on the LCD screen and the Blynk application The Quality Standards Level on filtered water is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 32 of 2017, with an average pH value of 6.5 to 7.1 and an average temperature of 29 to 30 celsius. Keywords : Clean Water, Filtration, Reversve Osmosis, ESP32, pH, Temperature Di Indonesia, banyak daerah mengalami permasalahan sumber air bersih. Salah satunya daerah Ancol sering mengalami krisis air bersih.Selama ini masyarakat daerah ancol mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan air bersih karena airnya yang asin dan masyarakat tidak mempunyai akses air tawar kecuali menggunakan jasa dari perusahaan air bersih PT. PALYJA (Perusahaan Air Lyonnaise Jaya). Masyarakat daerah ancol terdampak krisis air bersih diakibatkan adanya perbaikan pipa air yang dilakukan oleh PT. PALYJA, Karena itu diperlukan solusi sumber air tawar yang baik dengan cara filtrasi. Filtrasi bertujuan memisahkan pengotor berupa partikel padat di air.Proses filtrasi menggunakan teknik filterisasi memberan reverse osmosis dan karbon aktif. Reversve osmosis (RO) merupakan suatu metode terbaru dalam bidang filterisasi, dengan cara kerja menyaring partikel berbahaya yang ada dalam air. Secara formal, reverse osmosis adalah proses memaksa pelarut dari daerah konsentrasi zat terlarut tinggi melalui membran semipermeabel ke daerah konsentrasi zat terlarut rendah dengan menerapkan tekanan melebihi tekanan osmotik. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan otomatisasi dengan 3 buah sensor yang terdiri dari sensor HC-SR04, sensor pH dan sensor suhu waterproof DS18B20 sebagai variable input. Data hasil pembacaan sensor tersebut diolah menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk menjalankan program yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Arduino IDE. Output pemrograman pada mikrokontroler digunakan untuk mendalikan pompa serta menampilkan hasil data dari ketinggian air, suhu dan pH pada layar LCD dan aplikasi Blynk Tingkat Baku Mutu pada air hasil filterisasi sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Mentri Kesehatan Nomor 32 Tahun 2017, dengan rata-rata nilai pH 6,5 sampai dengan 7,1 dan suhu rata-rata 29 sampai dengan 30 celcius.
