Abstract

Over time, the level of human needs is increasing and requires a high level of effectiveness and efficiency, especially in the industrial world which demands a high level of productivity without reducing the quality of production. One type of work that is often encountered is sorting goods. The sorting process requires high accuracy, especially if the sorting is grouped by color. Of course, if you only rely on human power, it is very possible for errors to occur, considering that each person's vision can be different. To encourage productivity figures, devices or robots that are able to work effectively and efficiently are also needed. One simple component that can be used as a color sorter is the TCS3200 color sensor. Color sensors can be combined with servos and also fuzzy programs, so an idea was born to create an automatic color sorter using a fuzzy system and also based on the Internet of Things (IoT). By utilizing fuzzy, the color reading process becomes more accurate. In addition to using fuzzy, this tool is also based on IoT and the number of sorted tools can be monitored via the thingspeak.com website. Even though there were a few problems with the servo which was still not optimal, it did not affect the performance of the tool. Keyword : Fuzzy, Internet of Things, Color Sensor Seiring berjalannya waktu, tingkat kebutuhan manusia semakin meningkat dan memerlukan tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi yang tinggi, khususnya pada dunia industri yang menuntut tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi tanpa mengurangi kualitas dari hasil produksi. Salahsatu jenis pekerjaan yang sering dijumpai yakni penyortiran barang. Pada proses penyortiran diperlukan ketelitian yang tinggi, khususnya jika penyortiran tersebut dikelompokkan berdasarkan warna. Tentunya jika hanya mengandalkan tenaga manusia, sangat memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan, mengingat daya lihat masing – masing orang bisa berbeda. Untuk mendorong angka produktivitas, maka diperlukan juga perangkat atau robot yang mampu bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Salahsatu komponen sederhana yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai penyortir warna yakni sensor warna TCS3200. Sensor warna dapat dipadukan dengan servo dan juga program fuzzy, sehingga tercetuslah sebuah ide untuk membuat alat penyortir warna otomatis dengan menggunakan sistem fuzzy dan juga berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Dengan memanfaatkan fuzzy, proses pembacaan warna menjadi lebih akurat. Selain pemanfaatan fuzzy, alat ini juga sudah berbasis IoT dan jumlah dari alat yang disortir dapat dipantau melalui situs thingspeak.com. Walaupun mengalami sedikit kendala pada servo yang masih kurang optimal, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi performa dari alat. Kata Kunci : Fuzzy, Internet of Things, Sensor Warna
