Abstract

Construction management should be able to know various ways to measure labor productivity before making efforts to increase productivity. In measuring the level of labor productivity there are various ways, one of which is by examining the level of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) with work sampling methods where workers are grouped according to their activities. The study was conducted by examining the activities of groups of workers in one work cycle. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness (productivity) of the workforce in the floor plate formwork work cycle in the field. This research was conducted in the AHHAS Sempu Showroom project in Serang City. This research was carried out by observing the activity of workers in the field floor plate formwork work cycle. From the results of the data test, data processing was carried out to obtain the LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value. From the data analysis, LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) value from the group of pembesian workers on the installation of iron plate floor is 68,02%. Shows that the effectiveness (productivity) of workers in the installation of floor plate iron is still effective, because the LUF value exceeds 50%. Manajemen konstruksi sudah seharusnya dapat mengetahui berbagai cara untuk mengukur produktivitas tenaga kerja sebelum membuat upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Dalam mengukur tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja ada berbagai macam cara, salah satunya yaitu dengan meneliti besarnya tingkat LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dengan metode work sampling dimana pekerja dikelompokan menurut aktifitas kegiatan nya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meneliti aktifitas kelompok pekerja dalam satu siklus pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas (produktivitas) dari tenaga kerja pada siklus pekerjaan bekisting plat lantai dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek Showroom AHHAS Sempu Kota Serang dilakukan dengan cara observasi mengamati aktivitas dari pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan bekisting plat lantai dilapangan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dilakukan proses pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dari kelompok pekerja pembesian pada pekerjaan pemasangan besi plat lantai yaitu sebesar 68,02%. Menunjukan bahwa efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja pada siklus pemasangan besi plat lantai masih efektif, dikarenakan nilia LUF melebihi 50%.
