Abstract

Mercu Buana University is a private university that organizes the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely education, research, and community service. So many activities were carried out and a lot of cooperation with other agencies were made. Currently, data cooperation between partners and the Mercu Buana university is not well integrated. Data between the organizers of the cooperation or in this case referred to as partners is recorded in a separate excel / word file. The process of compiling and searching for data from agencies that carry out cooperation in a certain period of time requires a long process and time. This study aims to analyze and design a website-based collaboration application to facilitate the preparation of cooperation documents, help to accelerate archive searches and monitor work plans. . The method used is a waterfall. Database design using MySQL and the programming language used PHP. The results show that the existence of a collaboration application application can help in preparing documents, accelerating archive searches and online monitoring work plans so its more controlled. Keyword :Waterfall, PHP, MySQL, Aplication, collaboration Universitas Mercu Buana adalah Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang menyelenggarakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Begitu banyak kegiatan - kegiatan yang dilakukan dan melakukan banyak kerjasama dengan instansi-instansi lain. Saat ini data kerjasama antara mitra dengan kampus Mercu Buana belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Data antara pihak penyelenggara kerjasama atau dalam hal ini disebut mitra dicatat dalam bentuk file berupa excel/word yang terpisah. Proses penyusunan dan pencarian data instansi yang melangsungkan kerjasama dalam periode waktu tertentu membutuhkan proses dan waktu yang lama.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang Aplikasi pengajuan kerjasama berbasis website untuk memudahkan penyusunan dokumen kerjasama, membantu mempercepat pencarian arsip dan memantau rencana kegiatan (work plan). Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Perancangan database menggunakan MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan PHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya Aplikasi pengajuan kerjasama maka dapat membantu dalam penyusunan dokumen, mempercepat pencarian arsip dan memantau work plan secara online sehingga lebih terkontrol.
