Abstract
Currently the world is being hit by a pandemic COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease-19) or Corona Virus, this virus attacks the respiratory system and can cause minor disorders of the respiratory system, severe lung infections, and even death. There are allegations that the Corona Virus was originally transmitted from animals to humans. However, it was later discovered that the Corona Virus is also transmitted from human to human. Corona Virus transmission can occur through droplets or liquid droplets from coughing and sneezing, personal contact such as touching and shaking hands, touching objects or surfaces with the virus on them, then touching the mouth, nose, or eyes before washing hands. The emergence of the Corona Virus was detected for the first time in China in early December 2019. Then it spread to other cities and even to other countries around the world. Almost every country has contracted this virus. There are more and more positive cases of COVID-19 around the world every day. The first case record of the Corona Virus in Indonesia was in Depok, then other cases emerged in various cities in Indonesia and spread to remote villages. This virus has a very fast spreading power. Actions in handling COVID-19 require synergy between ministries / agencies and local governments. One of the local government policies is the prohibition of going home for residents in cities affected by COVID-19 so that they do not spread to other areas. However, there are still residents who go home for various reasons, one of the reasons is for migrants who are no longer working in pandemic conditions like this the economy is getting more difficult. Then they will prefer to return to their hometown. With this application program, it is hoped that it can help local governments to record and monitor the spread of COVID-19 originating from travelers from areas affected by COVID-19. Saat ini dunia sedang dilanda pandemi COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease-19) atau Virus Corona, virus ini menyerang sistem pernapasan dan bisa menyebabkan gangguan ringan pada sistem pernapasan, infeksi paru-paru yang berat, hingga kematian. Ada dugaan bahwa Virus Corona awalnya ditularkan dari hewan ke manusia. Namun, kemudian diketahui bahwa Virus Corona juga menular dari manusia ke manusia. Penularan Virus Corona bisa terjadi melalui Droplets atau tetesan cairan yang berasal dari batuk dan bersin, kontak pribadi seperti menyentuh dan berjabat tangan, menyentuh benda atau permukaan dengan virus di atasnya, kemudian menyentuh mulut, hidung, atau mata sebelum mencuci tangan. Kemunculan Virus Corona mulai terdeteksi pertama kali di negara China pada awal Desember 2019. Kemudian menyebar ke kota-kota lain bahkan ke negara-negara lain di seluruh dunia. Hampir setiap negara sudah terjangkit virus ini. Semakin hari semakin banyak kasus positif COVID-19 di seluruh dunia. Catatan kasus pertama Virus Corona di Indonesia ada di Depok, kemudian muncul kasus-kasus lainnya di berbagai kota di Indonesia dan menyebar sampai ke pelosok desa. Virus ini memiliki daya sebar yang sangat cepat. Tindakan penanganan COVID-19 perlu adanya sinergi antar kementerian/lembaga dan pemerintah daerah. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah daerah adalah larangan mudik bagi warga di kota yang terdampak COVID-19 agar tidak menyebar ke daerah lain. Namun tetap saja ada warga yang mudik karena berbagai alasan, salah satu alasannya bagi para perantau yang sudah tidak bekerja pada kondisi pandemi seperti ini ekonomi semakin sulit. Maka mereka akan lebih memilih untuk pulang ke kampung halaman. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah daerah untuk mencatat dan memantau sebaran COVID-19 yang berasal dari para pemudik dari daerah terdampak COVID-19.
