Abstract

Dalam proses pemanfaatan dari Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik) yang dilakukan ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara proses data dan kualitas data dengan kebijakan pendidikan yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis terhadap proses bisnis yang ada, dan merupakan salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh Pemerintah. Dataset yang digunakan merupakan data mutasi peserta didik dari basis data Dapodik. Kebijakan yang diteliti adalah proses lulus, mutasi, mengundurkan diri, dikeluarkan, putus sekolah, hilang, wafat, dan lainnya. Salah satu metode analisis terhadap proses bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan process mining. Ide dari process mining adalah untuk melakukan discovery, conformance checking, dan enhancement, dengan mengekstraksi pengetahuan dari event log yang tersedia dalam sebuah basis data. Arsitektur blockchain mengadopsi proses transaksional pada hyperledger fabric, dimana arsitektur terbagi atas 2 hal yaitu sistem registrasi dan bisnis proses, yang dihubungkan oleh jaringan blockchain yang menjadi jembatan antara proses registrasi dengan memberikan kepercayaaan lebih melalui transparansi data yang dapat diketahui oleh pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Penggunaan process mining menggunakan pendekatan blockchain pada hyperledger fabric digunakan untuk meningkatkan ekstraksi informasi proses Dapodik untuk pengambilan kebijakan pendidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Kata kunci: dapodik, event log, process mining, blockchain In using the Basic Education Data (Dapodik), there needed to be more consistency between the data processor and the data quality with the education policy implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze existing business processes; this is one of the government's steps. The dataset used is student mutation data from the Dapodik database. The policies studied were graduating, transferring, resigning, expelling, dropping out of school, missing, dying, and others. One method of analysis of business processes is to use process mining. Process mining aims to perform discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement by extracting knowledge from the event logs available in a database. The blockchain architecture adopts a transactional process on the hyperledger fabric. The architecture divides into two things: the registration system and the business process, which connect by a blockchain network that becomes a bridge between the registration process by providing more trust through data transparency that can be known by the parties involved. The use of process mining using approach blockchain on the hyperledger fabric is used to improve the information extraction of the Dapodik process for education policy-making at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office.
