Abstract

The development of information technology and especially networks is very rapid. Therefore, a sophisticated computer network system is required. Where the admin cannot know the condition of each user's computer and the existing service system whether it is on or off. Display and sound is a technology to find out network damage on company computers. Implementation of a computer network client monitoring system using display and sound so that it allows the system to send reports when the client computer or service turns off automatically to the admin without involving the user. Therefore, the researchers tried to develop The Dude network monitoring application in the form of display and sound. The results obtained from the use of this network monitoring application are monitoring the service performed by each host or IP address. If a network error is detected, a notification will be sent to the network administrator, then the network administrator will be able to repair network damage. Key words : Network, Monitoring, The Dude Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan khususnya jaringan sangatlah pesat.. Oleh sebab itu dituntut adanya suatu system jaringan computer yang canggih. Dimana admin tidak bisa mengetahui kondisi setiap komputer user dan sistem pelayanan yang ada apakah dalam kondisi hidup atau mati. Display dan suara adalah teknologi untuk mengetahui kerusakan jaringan pada computer perusahaan. Implementasi sistem monitoring client jaringan computer menggunakan display dan suara sehingga memungkinkan system dapat mengirimkan laporan saat computer client atau service mati secara otomatis ke admin tanpa melibatkan user. Sebab itu peneliti mencoba untuk mengembangkan aplikasi The Dude monitoring jaringan dalam berbentuk display dan suara. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penggunaan aplikasi monitoring jaringan ini adalah memontoring service yang di lakukan Setiap host atau IP address, Jika benar terdeteksi adanya kesalahan jaringan, maka akan dikirimkan pemberitahuan kepada administrator jaringan, kemudian administrator jaringan akan dapat memperbaiki kerusakan jaringan.
