Abstract
The development of information technology in the digital era which is increasingly rapid impacted on causing a work system transition. Work that used to be done manually has now turned digital. Companies or business entities start competing in developing computer technology systems so they are not left behind by other companies. CV. Murni mandiri Tour & Travel is a company engaged in the field of transportation or public travel agency. The problem that occurs at this time is the processing or operationalsystem of business activities that are manual, namely with the media of books as a source of data storage. This certainly will become obstacles and obstacles for CV. Murni Mandiri Tour & Travel in increasing customer satisfaction. To overcome the problems of processing or operational systems it is necessary to design and implement information technology that supports CV. Murni Mandiri Tour & Travel in managing data so that it can be accessed easily and quickly in order to present information precisely, accurately, and actually so that it supports the decision making process and company policy, namely the information system. Keywords: Travel, Data Processing, Information Systems Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital yang semakin pesat berdampak menimbulkan suatu peralihan sistem kerja. Pekerjaan yang dahulunya dilakukan dengan manual sekarang beralih menjadi digital. Perusahaan atau pun badan usaha mulai berlomba dalam mengembangkan sistem teknologi komputer agar tidak tertinggal dari perusahaan lainnya. CV. Murni mandiri Tour & Travel adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang transportasi atau biro perjalanan umum. Masalah yang terjadi saat ini adalah sistem pengolahan atau operasional kegiatan usaha yang bersifat manual, yaitu dengan media buku sebagai sumber penyimpanan data. Hal ini tentu akan menjadi kendala dan hambatan bagi CV. Murni mandiri Tour & Travel dalam meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah sistem pengolahan atau operasional tersebut maka perlu untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi yang mendukung CV. Murni mandiri Tour&Travel dalam mengelola data agar dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat guna menyajikan informasi secara tepat, akurat, dan aktual sehingga mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan perusahaan yaitu dengan sistem informasi Kata Kunci : Travel, Pengolahan Data,Sistem Informasi
