Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of resilience on Psychological Well-Being in survivors of covid-19. The definition of Psychological Well-Being is an individual's evaluation of his or her life satisfaction in which there is self-acceptance, has positive relationships with others, has autonomy, can control the environment, have a purpose in life and have personal growth. Resilience is a strength within an individual so that he is able to adapt in the face of difficult conditions and misfortunes that befall him, and this group of patients who have passed this period of isolation and treatment are referred to as COVID-19 survivors. The number of samples in this study was 115 Covid-19 survivors. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this study used simple regression analysis. From the research results, it is known that (sig) is 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount>Ftable (181.431 > 3.08), it can be concluded that at a significant level of 5% there is a significant effect of resilience on psychological well-being. So it can be concluded that if a person's resilience is high, it will also improve aspects of his psychological well-being. Keywords: Resilience, Psychological Well - Being, Survivors of Covid - 19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh resiliensi terhadap Psychological Well – Being pada penyintas covid - 19. DefinisiPsychological Well – Being adalah evaluasi individu terhadap kepuasan hidup dirinya dimana didalamnya terdapat penerimaandiri, memiliki hubungan positif dengan orang lain, memiliki otonomi, dapat menguasai lingkungan, memiliki tujuan dalam hidup serta memiliki pertumbuhan personal. Resiliensi adalah suatu kekuatan dalam diri individu sehingga mampu beradaptasi dalam menghadapi kondisi sulit dan kemalangan yang menimpanya, dan kelompok pasien yang telah melewati masa isolasi dan perawatan ini disebut sebagai penyintas COVID-19. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 Penyintas Covid - 19. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, (sig) sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung>Ftabel (181,431 > 3,08), dapatdihasilkanbahwa pada tarafsignifikan 5% terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan resiliensi terhadap psychological well - being. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika resiliensi seseorang tinggi maka akan meningkatkan juga aspek – aspek psychological well - beingnya.
